We changed from CVS to Osco a few years ago. Best decision we’ve ever made. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Tonight I was helped by a “Robert” on an urgent matter that may have cost me a lot of money and stress. He was very understanding, patient, and helpful! Thank you Robert for your help, good Karma will be coming your way soon!

I have been here so many times and this is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They cannot pronounce any medicine. You ask them what they have in stock and then they reciprocate back to you with assurance they have it in stock and then you find out they dont there is always a "misunderstanding". Any other Jewel gets the job done but this must be a "Lockport thing". Pharmacist Robert said hes in charge as acting pharmacy manager for Marla. Well what a shame he's not the only one thats bad here, its all of them.

Awesome pharmacy! Fastest and friendliest in the area. Prescriptions that would take Walgreens more than half a day to fill and then I would still have to wait in a long slow moving line when I get there are filled in minutes here. Whenever I call them and they look me I usually get, "give us about 5-10 minutes, unless they just don't have it in stocks, but I can't blame them for that. My doctor prescribed me a psoriasis topical medication the typically is òrdered kn a liquid or foam so they had to wait on a cream. Now that they know I need it, it is always in stock..

I went through the drive up to get a medication that was texted to me that it was ready. I sat behind another car. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called and spoke to a pharmacy person. I asked if the gentleman in front of me was going to be much longer ( I didn’t want to leave if it was only going to be another minute) I was told there is an insurance issue and they close at 1 pm, it was 12:59. I was told that they would still take me. I left very frustrated. This is not the 1st time this has happened, the last time it again was an insurance issue. I left to do other errands, drove past 45 min later and the same car was at the window. Maybe I’m wrong but it seems that the drive through is for pick up, meaning you received a text that it was ready. If there is an insurance issue, then was the medication actually ready? And if not, should the customer not be asked to park and come inside so other customers can be waited on? Shame on Osco pharmacy in LOCKPORT. After I am able to get my medication, I will be taking my prescriptions across the street to their competitor.

I love this pharmacy; who says that? I do! Marla and Robert are fantastic. I'm bipolar and get a lot of pharmaceuticals, I should know. They are always offering to help, especially with insurance. Their kind, warm, generous, and always smiling. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are welcoming with the information. The staff is courteous and professional. I have been treated so well that I bring them treats and gifts. Nothing that I cook that wouldn't be a treat. Here's to the great people who work their tails off at Osco Pharmacy in Lockport! Hip-Hip-Hooray!

Pharmacist is incompetent, after I asked for advice about decongestants, HE suggested an allergy medicine thats behind the counter and requires an ID to purchase. I gave him my Illinois issued class A CDL. He typed my DL number into his computer and couldn't pull up my information. He then asked if I had a state issued drivers license or ID because he couldn't accept my CDL as an ID. What? That is my state issued drivers license. I have been a long time customer of Osco pharmacy, just not this location as I am new to the area. But that shouldn't have mattered as I have never had any issues at any other location I have been too. He simply said he couldn't sell me the medication, THAT HE SUGGESTED without a state issued drivers license or ID because he didn't know what a CDL was. I have been a customer of Osco pharmacy for 19 years, at 4 different locations across the state, I have never had an issue with them not being able to find me in their computer and I have definitely never heard someone tell me my CDL wasn't a proper state issued identification.

Rob and the other pharmacists and techs are just great. I’ve gone there several years, and they’re always helpful and polite. Sometimes they are busy, but you have to expect that. Only ding is the automatic refill. I’ve tried to stop all of them more than once, but some seem to slip through the system.
