I think this Jewel is a good store. The only thing I wondered was why this Jewel doesn't reload debit cards even their own Select debit card. I asked and the man at the Service Desk told me flat out" we don't do that here" Other Jewel stores reload

The cashiers at this place are really really stressed out and it shows. One lady yelled at my daughter a couple weeks ago and so she doesn't go back. I didn't think it was much but I went there yesterday and the cashier was being very impatient with the geriatric customer in front of me. When it was my turn, she spoke rudely to me because my items were covering too much of the grocery conveyor belt. She kept saying "sh-t" and complaining that she wanted to go home. Awful.Another issue I have going here is that I really don't feel very safe. Last time I was there there was a big group of teenagers running around the store, just goofing around and causing problems and harassing people. No one said a word to them. When they left, they all took bags of flour and dumped them all over the parking. The parking lot was white for about three days until it finally rained.

Dirty store! Bathrooms are nasty…meat select is gross!!! Deli!?? Another story … I stopped shopping there unless I really need coffee or snacks. We stopped in Monday and Tuesday and no rotisserie chicken!! This store used to be awesome!!! What happened?

A bit dirty and crumby to me. Never seem to have all the essential needs. And they do not stay open to their timeframe. Not is not acceptable for Jewel . And they are not clean!

The last two times I ordered a cake from the bakery it looked like a kindergartner decorated it. I put my cake order in a whole week ahead, you can tell they rushed when decorating my cake. Will not order again.

the Jewel Lockport store had over 6 hours to fulfill an online order for pickup and after 8 hours had no idea why it was not accomplished. the next day , they just canceled my order but said they would refund my funds in 3 days ???? so I need to wait 3 days for my $$$ 180.00 it was a simple order other than the roast I requested ie coffee, eggs bread etc. I am in quarantine and try to be safe with others. after calling and asking what I should do to get this resolved I was politely told that they were sorry. im very frustrated to say the least. while I did call the store after 8 hours, the kid on the phone sounded confused and stuttered with answers saying he didn't know why and then said they could not find items. really eggs are hard to find? I also said substitutes was okay. so bottom line I am out over $180 for 3 days and I will not have coffee . so my wife asks why I am so crabby WTF good riddance 2020

First time coming here. Me and my sister wanted to grab a few things. Prices are fair. They got a lottery machine and great deals on drinks. Prices are in the middle with everything . Plenty of check out desks. Customer service desk was awful! I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. Bathrooms are small, the urinals were meant for kids not grown ups. Shelves are well stocked. Wouldn't mind coming here.

Store Management: Please work with your suppliers / Vendors to offer reliable water refills. Your water refill station is operational only about 30% of the time I visit for a refill. Please consider switching vendors, reimbursing customers for lost time and gas when not operational or place a link on the Albertsons website that indicates when the machine is functional (phone calls don't seem to get an accurate answer). We sent a man to the moon 50 years ago but can't get a water refill machine to be operational for more than 30% of the time. Not acceptable.
