“Rooms always clean, beds super comfy, The whole staff is literally THE best ever! Breakfast was perfect (although I was working 3rd shift each time I visited so it was dinner for me) and on that note, I never had a hard time sleeping during the day. It was always so quiet and perfect. I kept the door hanger sign on my door and was never woke up my housekeeping, instead Christina messaged me asking if there was anything I needed and everything was on my time and according to my schedule. The most accommodating stay ive ever had. Thanks guys!”
“Room was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with my keycard but that was fixed very quickly. The shower floor made a bunch of noise while showering too, so thats something they might want to look at. Overall I was very happy with my stay”
“The hotel was great aside a problem in the morning the hot water was out in the entire hotel. So cold shower. The cool part I liked is they had a hot cocoa corner. The breakfast in morning was good.”

“Trendy modern hotel with eclectic vibe. Rooms are simple and clean with a basic easy to maintain layout. Pet friendly which my family appreciates. Breakfast area is small offering limited selections but has vegan options. Their voucher system for getting Breakfast is a little confusing. You look at the menu in the nook, then walk back to the receptionist and place your order. At that time you need to order all your Breakfast choices to redeem your voucher. I can't go at 7am as I'm the early person and wait for others in my family at 815am. I either order for both my vouchers or wait til others in my group are ready. This is less preferable to other hotels which allow us all to eat when we want.”

“Enjoyed an evening here for a business meeting. We had a group of 20+ rooms. The team at this location was extremely acmodating for our group and allowed early check-in. They also allowed us to use a common area for a catered dinner after the meeting. Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable experience!”

“I would like to give a special thank you to Keri the manager on duty. She was the best after a long trying day. I had booked a room with a different hotel for a convention around the area but after seeing the condition of that hotel I immediately cancelled. I had just drove over 2 hours to get to Romeoville, had little money, had worked all night, and had missed the first day of the convention. I walked into Comfort Inn just to see if I could find accommodations for me, my sister, and disabled aunt. Not only did we find such a thing, but Keri walked us step by step through a layout of the room, the breakfast area, and found us a discount for the convention we were attending. She made an otherwise bad day really better. Me and my family are glad to see people like her still exist in the world and I hope she gets nothing but wonderful customers from here on out because she was really just the best”

“The rooms are very clean and smell nice. The shower could use more pressure in the king handicap room. Breakfast was mediocre, waffles were the only warm item. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool, hours are not good 10 am to 10 pm. Most indoor pools in the area are 6-7 am to 10-11 pm. It looked nice though. Staff is friendly and accommodating, gave more towels upon request. Most hotels/motels in the area give you a hard time when you ask for more towels.”

“Nice clean facility, with the look of recent remodeling. Convenient location, right off the hiway, but nicely tucked away in a driveway loop, far from the local bustle. Plenty of food and shopping choices within minutes of the place. I look ahead to using this location, to stop just before entering the Chicago area, without entering the Chicago area.”
