If I could give Tom more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! When my engagement ring that was purchased elsewhere was too big, I needed it resized to a custom size and Tom was SO patient. His attention to detail is phenomenal. I will absolutely be bringing all of my future jewelry needs to him, no hesitation!!

My husbands wedding band had to be cut off his finger after it was smashed flat in an accident at work. I brought it in and less than two weeks later in looks like it did the day we picked it out! 25 years ago!Thank you for restoring it!

Tom did a great job removing a flat spot and refinishing a ring that I got from my farther. This ring means a lot to me, it was my grandfathers and I just passed it down to my grandson. If anything unfavorable would have happened I would have left a review reflecting just that. I came to Heritage via recommendations from a facebook post. Tom/Heritage was highly revered and I understand why, the price for the service was about 30% of what I expected it would cost and this precious heirloom never looked so good. Thanks Tom! I appreciate what you do.

I went to Heritage Jewelers on the recommendation of friends. I had a small bead that I wore on a chain and have worn daily for about 15 years. It wasn't expensive (not a Pandora) but it has a lot of sentimental value. A small piece fell out and I went to Heritage to see if they could replace it. Tom found a stone that closely matched and carved it to fit in the bead. I love it!! I highly recommend Heritage and Tom!!

I was a customer for about 6 years when Tom took over the business. I’ve never had anything bad to say about Tom, he’s a very good jeweler and very personable . I was happy for him when he bought the store and continued my patronage.Right after he purchased the store I brought him a $400 Zodiac watch that needed a new battery. Tom accidentally broke the watch stem when replacing the battery. He said he’d send it out to his repair guy and have it fixed. 3 weeks later I got the watch back and instead of reusing the signed crown the repairman put a cheap, generic crown on the watch, drastically reducing its value.I called Tom and told him about it and asked if I could at least get the signed crown back, if nothing else. I haven’t heard anything from Tom since, and it’s probably been about a year since it happened. I’m extremely disappointed that he couldn’t be a man of his word and properly fix his own mistake.

Service was quick and easy!They size my ring perfectly and had great recommendation for sizing as i was surprised I went down so many sizes.The craftsmanship is truly awesome as they also merged my wedding and with my ring. I can't wait to continue to use a local jewelry for all our needs in the future!The price was responsible as well!

Dirk is absolutely AMAZING!! He made a custom wedding band for me for my August 28th wedding and it is absolutely STUNNING!! I haven't even gotten married yet and I cannot stop showing everyone the beautiful band!
