I went in just for a quick trim on the sides. Alicia took me in right away. She cut my hair in 10 min and it was a perfect cut. She knew exactly what she was doing.

Walked in with my daughter this morning and was turned away bc we didn’t have an appointment. There was no one in the place. We were told that we couldn’t be accommodated bc there was only one person working. Never inquired what services were needed, wouldn’t have taken more than five minutes…
