Not answering phone. ALL DAY! Tried multiple times to confirm they carried a product because I didn't have the time to come in to the location myself to check in person. How do you expect to give customer when you don't answer the phone?

Stopped at the Falcon Food & Liquor ? to pick up some refreshments before visiting some good friends.
They had a decent selection of beverages along with some snacks. The transaction was quick and effortless, there was no line. The cashier was very friendly and kind.

They always have what Im looking for. I also love the fact that this place makes me bring my own bag. I leave them reusable ones in the car now with crates just in case I need to make an unplanned stop.

I ordered a delivery from this store,and first they took my order before even knowing if they had what I wanted. Of course they didn't have what I wanted so they called to ask if they could substitute. I said that was fine. After waiting 2 hours I called, and noone answered. Took me 5 days to get my money refunded. Don't offer delivery if you can't deliver. Lost my business, and ally friends I told about my experience. SmhAfter reading your response I can only ask, why not answer the phone for or the third party delivery service? I understand the loss of communication, but no reason to not deliver if you offer to. Maybe you shouldn't use minibar service, if you can't answer phone for them, or me, when we call to see if my order was filled. I'm still not understanding what happened that day. I was in complete contact of the minibar service, we just couldn't reach you, but after you already stated you didn't update your available products, and I changed to fit what you did have, but still couldn't fulfill your end of the bargain. Never again will I try your delivery service, and I will tell others to be careful using your 3rd party service, even though the 3rd party service was nothing but helpful. It was Falcon liquors we both couldn't reach on a Sunday at 3 o'clock. Thanks for the reply though.
