“After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst. I got there 25 minutes before my appointment time. Was greeted by a person who was friendly and gave me instructions how to fill out the paperwork. Then I turned it into the people behind the window. They were friendly and gave me a door assignment. Once backed in and wheels chalked I came inside and sat with the other drivers. Very spacious area with chairs far enough apart and good air flow to stay healthy. It is a heated warehouse. I was able to watch them load from a distance. They have a nice bathroom. I took a book. Within 2 hours I was loaded and trailer was sealed. I was there from 12:30 to 1400 or so. You can't be in your truck once backed in.My expectations were low and there were no unpleasant surprises.”

“Mark is awesome. Needed a new TV and wanted to stick with local owned businesses. Mark spent plenty of time explaining the different brands and technologies so I could make a sound decision. Ended up with a 75” Sony and price was better than the Big Box boys. Mark has the expertise you could not get anywhere else in town. Mark even dropped my TV off the same day and was kind enough to open the box and pretty much mount the TV for me. Customer for life. Highly recommend! Trust me, go to Toton’s, they price match any of the competitors and you will walk out knowing you purchased the right TV at the right price.”

“This place has good appliances for reasonable prices. We got a refrigerator, and they offered one year warranty. If you don’t have a truck they have a person that can do the delivery to your house. We were able to get it delivered same day! Owner was very helpful!”

“I ordered a phone online and picked it up at this store. I had the phone less than 48 hours but it was defective and I returned it for an exchange. From the beginning and through to the very end, Shanette was spectacular. Because the phone was defective, I did not have to pay the $50 restocking fee which, at a different corporate Verizon store, I was told was a mandatory policy. Shanette got me set up with a new, working phone and took care of activation and transfer and all of the things I could never do myself. She also took care of sending the defective phone back for me. Shanette is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and she has a great sense of humor. She fixed a really inconvenient situation for me quickly and efficiently. Five stars for SHANETTE!”

“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”

Do you know that they have the summer items already on display!? Retailers waste NO TIME BABY! LOLI noticed the display of Black History Month Items and I thought it was cool.Target is known for displaying culture appropriate items. Showcasing black creatives from food items to clothing lines.I can appreciate that. Check out the pics of a few neat things displayed for BHM at Target. Everyone can enjoy the fly clothing and assorted items they have for sale! I love equality, diversity and inclusion. Thank you Target”

Lisa that works in optical goes above and beyond to make sure any discounts that are allowed are applied.One of the main reasons I shop this location is because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Lil is an excellent manager and is a very hard worker. I see her helping with carts, pickup orders and pull up orders. She deserves a raise. Just FYI.One complaint is that they don't carry as much merchandise as other Target's so sometimes it's hit or miss on finding what you are in need of. Example. I need a black purse a few months back and there were only about 3 styles to choose from. Kohl's next door had even less of a selection. ?”

He also gave us great deals for cases and glass protector.We went to a metro that was on 75th. Asked how much a phone was the guy told us one price then we were told a total different price for the same for after asking about a few other ones. Was so happy we decided against the one on 75th street.”
