Cindy Verhoek State Farm agency in Lockport, IL. Is a great insurance agency for auto, home or any insurance you need. Also, Cindy is so friendly and helpful, my family has been using her agency for 15 plus years!!! I highly recommend her & trust her & her staff!!!!

Cindy has a major problem with respecting her customers. Her and Sergio are always right, and can never be wrong. Cindy allows her people to treat customers however they want. My wife called with an issue one day, and Sergio kept hanging up on my wife. When I went up there to treat these losers. Cindy started putting her finger in my face lol. So now I get sales calls from other statefarm offices, and I take time out of my day to explain to them why we will never do business with any statefarm ever. The story is much more elaborate, but these cowards keep getting my post removed. Due to racism lol, because it's racist to mention a person's ethnicity. You silly people!! It's ok, I have lots of time to keep this up!!! Yet again, I hope one day STATEFARM finds out how you represent them.

If I can post as a 0 star I would. First, they told me that I signed all of the necessary paperwork only to find out when I was buying a new car and trying to add that car to the insurance that my account was frozen due to them not supplying all of the necessary paperwork for my to sign initially. Then, after not being able to pick up my car that day, I called that Monday to get this situation corrected, for them to let me know that I have to create a new account but they will fuse the accounts together once all of the paperwork is processed and be taken out automatically from my 1 account. They never fused the accounts and I received a notification that my insurance will be cancelled on my new car due to lack of payment when they were supposed to fuse the 2 accounts together and set up automatic payments per our last conversation. Then after receiving a voicemail stating that the card that I had on file expired when it doesn’t expire until 2022, I called and they told me that they do not know why I received a call about my card expiring. We’re they looking at the correct account or giving my information out to someone else or trying to add my card number to a different clients file? Then, again after they reassured me that everything was corrected and going to be taken out of the account automatically, I received a notification that my new car insurance has been cancelled due to lack of payment and that I haven’t had insurance on my car since December. I will be called and cancelling all 4 of my vehicles insurance. Obviously this office does not know what they are doing and gives State Farm a really bad representation of ‘Like a good Neighbor, Statefarm is there.’
