Take your money to a safer bank. I had over $38k fraudulently taken from my account back in May of 2022 and chase didn’t do a thing to get my money back.

Just moved here and had a large wire transfer that was handled perfectly. The teller, who I think was Cassandra (apologies if I got the name wrong) was so helpful and gracious.

Do yourself a favor and go to any other chase bank branch, or better yet just use a local credit union instead. Monica Goyer and Yamura are the rudest most unprofessional branch managers I've ever had the displeasure of encountering.

Go somewhere else I'm done with case after 10yrs I been with them especially if you want yo refinance your home they say your approved but reality they take your 500 dollars and tell you sorry. Don't trust chase.
