needed to be charged every time I went to drive it. (Only about twice a month.) I inquired about my problem with the Interstate Rep. and thought it could be the battery, or that my van now had a slow voltage drain. The battery was only a year old.
I took my battery to them, they tested it, and five minutes later they gave me a replacement. My van now starts reliably.”

“Today Wednesday 1/10/24, my wife stopped by about 8:30 am. Her 2020 Terran engine light was on. Nothing against Dealership's, if she brought it in to be check out it may have been $100 or so to analyze it. The gentleman diagnosed it saying it has a gas cap issue. It has a cap less, the hose just enters the car. He look at it and the light went out about 10 minutes later My wife wanted to give him a tip, in a nice way he refused to take the money. Great Job !”

14330 S Bell Rd, Homer Glen“I know nothing about cars. I left the side door open on my 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan and ran the battery down. Easy fix for most people, but we just moved here and don't know any handy neighbors, so was left to figure it out myself. Went to the closest chain auto parts store near me and was offered a charger that had a motorcycle on the box. Associate was not sure it would work on a car, so I left and thankfully the SECOND closest auto parts store is O'Reilly and Mike helped me pick out just the right charger and took his time explaining how to use it. Great customer service!”

“I've been coming to the owners of this shop since I was a teenager. They always help me out with my car, from finding someone who could tow my car to them, to advising me to stop putting money into a car that was no longer worth it. This week, I stopped by to get a service I had done not too long ago. The owner welcomed me and asked me what service I needed. I informed him, and he informed me that my car didn’t need that service yet, since I had it done last year and I don't drive much. It should be done every 10,000 miles, but he said he would do it if I was insistent on getting it done. I know that in this time of life, everyone is more interested in making money, but they're more interested in making long-term loyal customers. I'm a woman and I'm not very knowledgable about cars, but I can stop by or call for information. I know it's not always convenient to drop off your vehicle and be without it for a few hours, but I know the moment I go back, everything will be taken care of.”
