Unfortunately it is the only store I can go to in my area so I dread going cause I feel like I live there but I will tell you the employees make it bearable. They are always attentive, making conversation even. I NEVER wait in any kind of line and the people are not breathing down your neck when checking out but I can tell they are aware and watching for shop lifters. So it is always a WIN for this local walmart. Plus if u want the juiciest rotisserie chicken and quick service and hot food check out their deli. Picture is of the best chicken sauce too!! I think it is better than Chic-fila no joke

I recently had surgery so tried Walmart pick up for the first time. It is very uncomfortable to sit in the car due to my surgery. Online pick up is supposed to be a convenience. It has been over 45 minutes. I’ve been sitting the sun glaring in my eyes, waiting for someone to come out to deliver my groceries to my car when I pulled up there were 12 cars before me, how can this be? How do they allow all these people to pick up their groceries at the same time!? This is utterly ridiculous. I will never do this again. Thanks Walmart for the not convenient convenience.

I needed specific help with something, and the staff at the electronics department were insightful and friendly. This place is also at a particularly convenient location. I criss-crossed the insides of the business as well, and it seems that everything looks nice enough in general.

Have had multiple situations with this store & false advertising of prices. This time an item had a $3 price tag ON THE ITEM! & the front ladies wouldnt give it to me for that because it Rang up for $9. Not my fault the workers priced the item wrong. Totally unacceptable and false advertisement. Have had this happen multiple times at this location. Glen Carbon is a WAY better store.

Generally, I am able to get everything on my list. Occasionally, an item is out of stock, but its not a problem.

Do not use curbside pickup. I waited 30 minutes, tried calling curbside with no answer, then called the store number which transferred me to curbside with no answer, then I went inside to buy the items. When I left, all curbside customers were still waiting. No one ever came out to explain the delay, or give anyone their order. I will say the staff inside were very helpful so I could find all my items quickly. By the way, you cannot go inside the store to pick up your items from curbside, assuming they shopped before you arrived.

I’ve had pick up and delivery. I went to pick up an order at the specified time and had to wait an hour. I placed a delivery order and it was supposed to be here between 10:00 and 12:00. The delivery person delivered my order to another person and brought me that persons order. I finally got my order at 5:30. Will not use again.
