Terrible experience, the owner is very rude and has a huge ego problem where he must gloat about his money and what he owns. Salesmen very rude when you call them out on putting excess fees on all the vehicles thats not required at all by the state of law. Upcharging for vehicles that everyone has and there is no backorder, this isn't 2020 and covid is over.
Highly recommend going to lou fusz Ford of Highland or South County.

Why do they always have additional charges after they give you 1 price, and at pickup, you receive a higher price? Due to an error they make in figuring!

Job# 6887 My son had his truck alignment done on 4/26/24. When the technician drove by my son’s work place Gabe and his co-workers watch your technician over accelerated 3 times. As your technician turn around he did full cranked the steering wheel turning around which pulled the fender flares off the truck. This behavior is unacceptable.

I bought a used car . Come to find out that is was in a sever accident. They never told me that ! When I found out I went back to see what could fix this situation and tried to sell me another vehicle with more miles and a higher payment.I will never buy another vehicle their again.

Guys didn't have the balls to tell me my credit was poor...They sent me on a wild goose chase to credit unions and banks... In the end.. I scooped a 2001 Mustang Cobra SVT w 16k miles..for $22k ..Thank You.....Mr. Mason....
