We arrived at 1540 and the door was already locked. The rep let us in and then talked down to me and said Verizon did not have free phones with new lines. Said that was only a government plan phone. He was extremely rude and lacked any knowledge. I will NEVER go to this location again and may switch phone carriers just because of multiple bad experiences at this location.

I give no stars. They could not even turn a line back on and change the number to that line. Have to drive 40 or 50 miles to get it done. Everything my son has to go there that can never help him.

Mr Alex took his time today figuring our plan out. Took awhile to get stuff resolved but we walked out with 2 new phones and a deal on our plan.

I came in with my husband's replacement phone. The rep helped me switch all our photos and contacts to the replacement phone. They even shipped it out for me. Highly recommended ?

I do not recommend going here. I was a customer for 5 years and they messed up my whole plan not to mention where so help every time I needed something I had to call the Verizon company myself. They are rude they don’t help. I used see a women there that was a amazing and helped with everything I needed now they have new people that are just awful!!!!!!

I called a few times before coming in and talked with Michelle. She was always very kind and personable. I was with previous carrier for 20 years but finally took the leap and I’m so excited and pleased with the company equipment and service. It wasn’t at all difficult to make the switch. Michelle made it all possible. You better hold on to Michelle, she is great!
