Called to ask questions and the lady who answered the phone was rude and completely hateful. She kept accusing me of being in her yard, raising her voice at me. When I told her I had drove by over the weekend and was just wondering about the work they do, she cut me off and hung up after calling me an idiot. Would not recommend.

Car died on the hwy nowhere hours from home and hours from destination and in the middle of dense fog late evening. We called about possible towing and ended up getting a tow through insurance roadside assistance. Hindsight, should have used Brian's. I give 5 stars because he called us back to check on us to make sure we had something and weren't stranded. No one cares like that anymore. If I'm ever in need of his services again and am in this area, I will be calling Brian's Auto!
Update: After waiting 2 hours for insurance roadside assistance and then the told it would be another hour, canceled the tow from insurance and called Brian's. Very prompt and kind, great service!

My motorcycle died 40 miles from Litchfield due to a bad battery connection. He brought a replacement battery and installed it. Then he followed me back to Litchfield. Very helpful and fair priced.

This 5 star review is long overdue in coming. I fell asleep at the wheel last April and ended up in ditch south of Litchfield on route 55. The tow truck driver that came to my rescue was very prompt, thorough and caring as he towed my vehicle out of the ditch. He made sure my vehicle was drivable and that I was fine and able to complete my journey home. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

Brian's Auto offers a wide variety of services. I have had them take care of a lot of different needs. I trust them. They never try to upsell me with anything I don't see as necessary.
