Second time arriving for a picture pick up and it’s not ready! This time it was 3 hrs after email confirmation. Problem is staff doesn’t care. So maybe call in advance. Smh. Need to try a different Walgreens next time

It is ridiculous that they have a 30mins dinner break which they never told you but just shut phamacy down on your face. At least you listed that on your website and not WASTE TIME!

The pharmacy is wonderful and the staff is extremely friendly and professional, the only issue is that it gets so backed up and extremely busy which is the managements fault for not hiring more staff. But the people who work there are great.

They've LOST my meds and told me so. The pharmacist was searching around the store for the refill. Incredibly disorganized. When trying to call them they just pick up the phone and put it immediately back on hold. I have 2 pills left and asked about when my meds would be done, to be told "we're working on it." Avoid this pharmacy like your life depends on it, because they couldn't care less about getting you your meds on time.

This location lost my Covid test. How can that happen with such a routine service. I don't even need to complain more: just say 'Walgreens (you know, the pharmacy) Lost...A...Covid...Test." out loud and laugh at how ridiculous that is. The 3 calls I made before coming over to the store to inquire about it where I was put on hold for a long time then disconnected doesn't help either. Future business will go to ANY of Walgreens' competition. Nice job guys.

The store itself is completely fine but the employees.... are off. I have had more strange and negative experiences here with interacting with the employees than any other store. Also, it doesn't matter the time of day, getting a prescription from this location takes a minimum of 10-15 minutes. It's a good store but customer service is nowhere near where it could be.

For all who complain about this pharmacy and staff.I wonder if they use the Walgreens app? My experience has been excellent, Lisa the new manager of this pharmacy is doing an excellent job, the staff is friendly also some are new and learning. I have noticed that several clients do not order their medication in advance and demand it the moment they arrive. When it is explained to them that it will take a couple of hours or maybe a day the clients become furious, not realizing that there are other prescriptions that were ordered in advance and they are working on them. It's not the pharmacy's fault, it's the customer's fault who waits to run out of medication instead of ordering it on time. For those who go to the drive thru and there is a problem with the prescription, whether due to health insurance or another reason that will take time, it is better to enter the pharmacy and do not stop the line of cars . Let us be aware that the staff is doing a job in which the medications have to be counted perfectly so there no mistakes in our prescriptions.I invite you to use the application on your phone, not only tells you if your medication is ready or if there is a delay. Don’t wait until you run out of medication, order your medication in advance. Pick up your prescription when is ready that help everyone to wait long lines because the bins are overflown with laThe pharmacy does not take calls during break hours, when you call the pharmacy it does explain clearly every time you call about the break hours. If it’s urgent call earlier or go in person. I have seen them not going to break , to the contrary they stay there to help. Let's be patient and be kind with the staff. Let's not arrive with a negative attitude because there are errors or have to wait. This happens everywhere and yelling or getting angry your prescription will not magically be on time.I am very happy with the kindness and the effort of all the staff willing to help y everyone and Lisa, who is always with a smile.

2 complaints1) Sunday 9/24 made a call to ask a question. I was on hold 45 minutes. Computer voice keeps me updated. Finally I'm next in line. Then - nope, lunch time. I can call back or stay on the line for 30 minutes and hold my place -- really?2) come into store for a group appt flu shot. Made on line. Have email confirmation. The trainee Lisa is doing something on computer and doesn't even acknowledge our presence for several minutes. Then she looks up our name, can't find appt. Asked out name several times. Can't find it. Starts putting our info in. (all other personnel going about business, no one seems to want to check on her or why we are standing there so long). After she gets 2 of us in, she picks up a clipboard with questionnaire that another customer put on counter and goes to another computer and starts entering info. Leaving us just standing there. Really? I say to her, as she is on other computer, forget it.

Most horrible experience EVER!Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for three day. Then waited on hold for 50 minutes, got through, was told that they had two medications ready for me. I went only to wait in line for 40 minutes to be told they weren’t ready. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS

Walgreens corporate, not the store. The problems run deep. The latest kick in the butt: Appointment today for Covid shot. Arrived early just to be told that on the first day of vax- they ran out two days ago. Nope, i didn't get a text, nor did the other 3 people who showed up behind me. Drag my wheel chaired self back home

I literally walked to papa John’s and ordered a pizza and back to my car before the line moved and the pizza was done before I got my prescription
