I received a called from the supervisor, Tamiko, that my package is at the post office. I drove to the office where I talked to a lady with the name of Joyce. I told her that was a package returned to the Lisle post office. She stated that, "it's a scam". Called post office back and said, "Did you talk to a Jessica something?" HOW EXTREMELY RUDE. Beyond mad and upset at the customer service she spoke in person and on the phone. Awful.

Early today I went in with my mother to accompany her and we were unfortunately “taken care by” Deyata, one of the clerks up front. From the beginning she had a very unwelcoming tone and attitude and incapable of maintaining eye contact. We went in to apply for a PO box and we were trying to explain our situation and our reasoning. Deyata immediately interrupted my mother and with no interest in helping she walked away to call for a supervisor. The worst customer service from this one employee and a reason to never recommend this location. The post office should lay her off and try to hire employees who are willing to bring up the name of the company. If you see her avoid her

After 45 days this was how my package was delivered almost all of the contents were missing. I shipped a priority mail on 3/15 valued $425 and paid 66.95 for shipping and just got 166.95 from my claim. I had sent 40 pieces but the receiver received only 9 pieces that too were all wet with stains and damaged. Making them useless.

This place needs a serious overhaul. The drive through box is always packed and overflowing, sometimes not emptied for days. Same with the interior drop box - clogged up and rarely attended to. The staff (the few that are visible) don't like their jobs and make it quite clear to the customers. The place is dirty and unkempt and the potholes in the parking lot will destroy your wheels if you're not careful. Just a really sad facility with angry incompetent employees. I drive to Woodridge to avoid this place like the plague. Someone please crack the whip and get this place in order.

This is the epitome of lazy, useless government (I guess private now) workers. The staff is completely out of touch, in a daze, sometimes busy with their mobile phones texting (no kidding). Their manager needs to train this staff to be more customer friendly! Sad shape!

This post office has a pretty big parking lot compared to some others that I’ve been to. That’s a plus. I would say I see the same ladies every time I come in. Sometimes, they can be very nice and sometimes they’ll have that apathetic look on their face. Nevertheless, they would be helpful wherever I sent envelopes or packages. Depending on when you come in, you may get that person that everyone hates to be behind. Examples are people that talk way too much even after they’re finished, people that have a huge stack of envelopes or packages, people that move too slow, and people that act like they’ve never been to a post office in their life.

I live in Lisle for almost 20yrs. And 2 weeks ago. I came to meet a friend and decided to use LISLE to send my package. I was really suprise for the lack of taking care of this place. As I was getting my package ready, I can hear all of them from the back were thay are discussing some personal issue of another co worker. when I approach the front I was yelled at with this black woman Anderson, i look at her in the eyes and said to her “its ok, im just getting information on which forms i used since its a international package i have to send”. Another woman approach thinking she will help but she look at me saying” ohh shes just letting you know what form to use” and turned around went back to the back.I know LISLE is pretty much decent town and people that lives here have decent and hard working people but 8months since i move to new town the post office went to a GHETTO fabolous!. What happen to this post office. Im so scared to go back there because most of the employee is screaming to a customer.If you dont like the job then leave, people dont deserve to get yelled by you, can u imagine if im a elderly with poor eye sights and poor hearing, this workers might grab me on my shirt and throw me outside I got so scared that I swear I wont comeback anymore. I think this us a true goodbye to you LISLE.

I think it is Tonya who works frequently works the right counter? She’s always super sweet. Very helpful and wonderful to talk to. Star USPS employee.I have not interacted with others working the counter. I’m only there to drop off mail with prepaid labels. Never had any problems.

Horrible service I have never felt so humiliated when the attendants will start shouting out of total respect just because I asked for information about my order that was not delivered, I do not recommend this regrettable USPS ?

Avoid this post office at all costs. I've been dealing with them for years personally and as a business owner.....Priority mail marked delivered before it leaves the post office, outgoing checks 4/5 times are lost or not delivered, regular incoming mail is only delivered when nothing of value is in the envelope. If there are checks, gift cards or anything other than grocery ads you can bet it will disappear. There needs to be a federal investigation of this facility as crimes of some sort are clearly being committed. If I go up the street to the Wheaton post office, checks are never lost and mail is always delivered....countless times this is the case and it IS a LISLE POST OFFICE problem. The postmaster there is either clueless or part of the problem and looks the other way.

Lady at the front desk was very rude and didn’t help me with anything (sending out a package), also charged me for an entire roll of tape without informing me that I have to buy the whole thing.

YIKES! USPS Tracking informed me that the Lisle Il Post office was in possession of a package of mine on October 31st 2023 at 1:45pm, I called the post office this morning November 2nd to find out why they haven't delivered it yet. The person that answered "Ali" said she/he was the Supervisor of the Lisle Post office and had the nerve to tell me that although it was scanned as accepted by them, they never received it, and looking in her/his internal system the shipper never even sent the package out, I asked this Ali why there was Tracking for this package and the scans that Tracking provided, even the scan that it was in their possession, if the package was never sent by the shipper, Ali then said she/he looked through the eniter post office (less than a 2 minute hold), and does not see my package... now this is the Supervisor who lied, you do not mess with others mail, it's a federal offense, Ali then got very loud on the phone, and talking over me, refusing to admit what I and the man at 1800 UPSP number saw. The package was in their possession, thanks to the USPS employee I talked to at the 800 number my package was magically delivered on this same day Nov. 2nd although the Lisle il Supervisor said it was never even shipped. I ship on a daily basis, I look at tracking many times a day on packages I'm expecting and packages that I have mailed. This person should be fired for their laziness, telling me the package was never mailed by the shipper when it's plain as day on the tracking. Horrible and disturbing that a Supervisor would go as far as lying to a customer who was supposed to receive the package Nov. 1st but it just sat in the post office, and probably would still be sitting there if I hadn't called the 800 and made a complaint about the postal employee named "Ali", and the fact that my package was there. It's going to be a hellish holiday shipping season if this person is a Supervisor still at the Lisle il. Post Office.
