I bought tinted paint for my garage door. I asked Pedro if I could return the paint if I bought more of it just to be sure i have enough for the job and didnt have to go back for more if i fell short. He assured me that I can bring them back for a refund if i didnt use them. So I purchased 3 gallons instead of 2 gallons. I only used one gallon and went back to return 2 gallons. The Assistant Manager who was in the store at that time tells me tinted paint cannot be returned and Pedro is out of town and is not reachable. I had to eat the $90 extra cost. If I was told of the policy before, I would have maybe bought less and came back to buy more in case I fell short. Always ask for an email confirmation.Update: I had to change my review to a 4 star, just for the professional way this was handled by them. I promptly received a call from the Owner who listened to my case and acted promptly to rectify this.

Just had an excellent experience at this store because of Pedro C., who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. What a wonderful representative of this company and store location. I will be back to this store. Pedro C. earned Sherwin-Williams a lifelong customer today.

This is the only paint sprayer repair store in the area and the only Sherwin store that stocks sprayer parts., thankful they have stuff, but every time I leave this place I am thankful I don't have to come back for a while. The staff always treats you like an inconvenience and the mumble and grumble in the back area. I like to give people a couple chances before I leave a less than stellar review, but the management at this store is not doing their job. I use Sherwin exclusively for my business and travel the country and this is the first time I have left a bad review for any of them. The pandemic has been hard in the supply chain and the stores should not be held responsible for that, but these people's attitude need adjustment. I will be buying my parts online. It is one thing to buy over priced Graco sprayer parts, it is quite another to pay too much and be treated like dirt.

Went here to see about buying paint. The staff member was helpful and I found a color I would like. Unfortunately when we started talking about which paint I would like to get, thry were out of stock of almost all the bases. How can a paint store operate without paint? He looked it up on the computer and said the store on 59 should have it, so we went there, but it was either not up to date or they sold a lot that day because they didn't either. Frustrating.

Working here from out of town and needed some supplies. They had exactly what I was looking for. You can usually find any of you paint project supplies at Sherwin-Williams stores. This place happened to be close to the hotel I was staying.
