This place has improved 1000% since last year. Rafael and Rebecca in banquets are responsive, professional and very easy to work work. Georgina and the housekeeping team were fantastic. They cleaned promptly and thouroughly and handled extra requests with a smile!

The TV did not work and the hotel just feels very old. I stay in hotels all the time and this one is very forgettable. The Asian lady at the front desk is extremely unhelpful. Good location. That’s about it.

Oops just no . No maid service for a week. Coffee (you pay for it kind)gift kiosk broken all week. Restaurant mostly closed and bar does not open until pm. Skip this one and our bill for a suite and one extra room was 3 k for the days there.
