Gas station has no one at counter. Small and very little options. Also, no bathroom. Does t matter if it is shell, this place is a disgrace. Don’t waste your time, unless you just need gas.

Horrible car wash. Barely covered my car with soap. Water jets were very weak pulling in. Looked sketchy from the start. There's still dirt on my car, and you can visibly see where it missed. Waste of time and money.

Went to get a car wash and it stopped halfway through. When I asked the owner for a refund or another code to clean off the soap that was left on he said no one else had complained yet so it must not be broken. So I had to buy yet another token to get it cleaned off. Poor service

This Shell station has the best hot dogs ever. I don't understand what makes these guys so good at making hot dogs but they are seriously the greatest hot dogs in my entire life. They are so thick and juicy and I am sure the buns are made in house since the shape is so weird each time. They are a must try! Otherwise I just wish the gas pumps worked every time.

Shell Gas Station 659 S Washington Street Naperville, IL 60540 POOR SERVICE for Disabled Posted on gas pumps If disabled, beep your horn twice an attendant will fill your tank! Second time this has happened: Beep my horn twice/several times No response: Ask another customer to notify attendant that I'm disabled and requesting to have my gas pumped. F-I-N-A-L-L-Y someone comes out! Also, If using a credit card to pay U will get a message that U won $100 in a savings book that can be used at Home Depot, Etc ,etc!! However, U have to purchase this savings book by giving them your credit card number? Now Who in their right mind would do that?? BEWARE

I've lived in the area about 15 years this is my go to gas station...I e seen it change owners twice...the gentleman are familiar with me and they always help were needed...very friendly.

Customer service not helpful at all with fuel rewards issue. Tell me after I keep saying phone number only work, and I pay full price, that I need to put in PIN after the phone #.

Cheaper gas price compare to all other gas stations in the area. However, the combination of heavy traffics, road construction, and a red light camera make it one of the worse locations to stop by.
