My Hp Laser printer went dead and after talking to the owner he told me to unplug the power cord and hold the power button in for about 10 seconds and then repug power card and the printer turned on without any difficulties. Great help!! Thank you

Got my Brother laserjet fixed here a while ago, cost about $150 (printer was about $230 new) but the printer has been working fine for close to 2 years now. Bit pricey but good work.

The entire staff were great. I was unable to lift the heavy printer and they provided fast response to my request for home repair. They came out immediately and the part was ordered and replaced by the end of the week. I am so pleased.Thank you everyone.
