My only gripe was the charge which was about $183 cuz I was late and yes I know that's not up to them but still it hurts! Other than that it was a good experience.”

“I want to commend the pharmacist at the Walgreens at 75th and Cass. there have been a number of times when he has gone out of his way to help me with prescriptions that have been held up either with the doctors office or the insurance. This time it was a reader for my husbands diabetic device. The insurance was delayed in approving it and when they did, the store was out one. He called a number of neighboring pharmacies to find out the closest one that had one in stock so that I could get it immediately. In the meantime, he was handling many questions that were directed at the pharmacist only and giving shots to people waiting in line at the same time filling prescriptions. Thank you again I appreciate your hard work, especially in this hard time when store seems to be short staffed.”

“It's probably one of the oldest Walgreens located in Naperville's downtown area. it's by the old Burger Kings across the way from my dentist. So let me tell why I like Walgreens over CVS, because they take affordable health care insurance benefits. They also have list of affordable prescription under $7 incase you can't afford it. So this location has everything including a friendly staff. CVS is so expensive now and once you don't have health insurance is great they turn you away. Walgreens doesn't do that!”

All of the technicians especially Michelle always meet my needs and listen to my concerns. They always have my prescriptions ready on time and I hardly ever have to wait in a line at the drive through. Everyone is so helpful and it shows that they take pride in their work. I will be sticking with this location while I am living in this area.”
