I’m a native Chicagoan living in Northern Michigan and big fan of Jeff! I needed a thank you gift for friends that love to grill! I ordered the VIP box and some BBQ dust and it arrived within 48 hours! My friends were so happy and going to start enjoying this weekend. I forgot a note, Nick was able to include one for me and I’m a customer for life. Such quality products, and reliable awesome service! Also appreciate that I don’t have to commit to a subscription. Going to place another order soon.

I can't express enough the amazing experience I had with this company. I ordered the cheese steak box with the mild Gardiner and extra Taylor's Cheese Sauce. The box was delivered to the wrong address (UPS error not Mauro Provisions) I was contacted by Emily Mauro (an extremely amazing person) and let her know that the box was delivered to the wrong address. The next morning the neighbor (2 subdivisions over) contacted me that they had the delivery but it had been out all night in South Carolina heat. I alerted Emily that the delivery had been located. She called very concerned that we not consume the meat and immediately issued a new order to be shipped. I didn't even ask for that...the error wasn't theirs and I didn't want a small business to suffer a loss but she insisted. When the meat arrived I have to say it was amazing! Tender and flavor full with the black spice rub, cheese sauce, buns and the mild Gardiner...everything was so worth the price and the fact that they stand behind their product even when the delivery process is out of their control.is nothing short of REMARKABLE these days. I will definitely order again and tell everyone about this amazing company. They just came out with a new pizza option (I wish it came out in smaller portions - there are just 2 of us) but i may have to have a party to try it. The bottom line is PLEASE PLEASE PLEAE support this EXCELLENT company. Thanks again Emily for everything! BTW I also got the BBQ dust and I am obsessed..it is great on everything!

Still cannot get over HOW VERY DELICIOUS this Italian Beef kit with
Mild Giardiniera was!! We stopped ourselves from drinking the gravy directly from the hot pan. We've never had such flavorful beef! From the bread to the parchment paper wraps - total perfection. I keep telling everyone about it!

I ordered a gift for out-of-state friends and mistakenly changed the shipping address to my own, which I didn’t discover until my husband called me about the surprise delivery. I contacted Mauro Provisions and within minutes things were fixed, a new order was placed and Christmas was saved! Ok, that’s over the top. A few days later the package was received in Florida and I received feedback from our friends that it was well packaged, ice was still frozen solid and everything looked perfect. Next day there was another text on how delicious the sandwiches were and they were the newest Mauro Provisions fans. Thank you and can’t wait for Super Bowl Sunday to enjoy our surprise purchase.

I ordered the cheesesteak kit for a friend who did me a favor and refused to take money. I was able to have it shipped right to the recipients house and it included a thank you note. My friends said it was the best cheesesteak they have ever had.I’ve also ordered the rubs too, the black powder rub is out of the world on a nice steak. Be generous, this stuff is so flavorful.

I visit my kids every few months in Arizona. This last trip I decided to order Mauro Provisions Italian Beef Sandwich Kit and have it sent to my sons house in Gilbert. Everything from the packaging of the food to shipping, quality and taste for exceeded my expectation. I’ll be ordering more from Mauro Provisions. She was kind, patient and beyond accommodating for a small order which shows how much they go above and beyond for every customer regardless of how much they spend. You do not see this level of service often anymore. I would never hesitate to order with them again and know the products are top quality and delicious. Thanks so much again you made my friend's day!

Mauro Provisions has the absolute best customer service. Being able to e-mail a real person and receive a quick response really shows that they care. When my Taylor Street Cheese sauce was MIA, Lisa was on the ball. Thank you for being the best!

It’s not delivery, it’s not Digorno, it’s Mauro! Great job on the pizza. Love the combination of sausage, beef, and giardinera with that buttery crust. Btw, your hot giardinera and hummus is a killer combination and will be a staple at our Superb-owl party.

Great quality meats and the BEST giardiniera. Purchased the Prime Italian Beef Kit for my friends that moved to California. The kit included (4) hot & (4) mild Italian sausage links, 2 lbs of prime Italian beef, (8) Turano french rolls & giardiniera of your choice. I chose the signature Honey G and also added Taylor Street Cheese Sauce. My friend is Italian and has had her share of Italian sausage and beef (growing up in Elmwood Park) and said it was the BEST sausage she has ever eaten. The staff was accommodating as I needed to change the ship date after I placed the order. If your on the fence about ordering...get off and do it. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Mauro Provisions. Jeff and his staff provide outstanding customer service.

So Jeff on WGN Monday morning. Ordered a package for delivery right away. Got it Wednesday morning and made beefs that night. They were delicious!! Had the giardinara and Taylor st. cheese sauce on them. Did as suggested and wrapped them in the paper like they do at regular beef places. Did I mention that they were delicious?! My son was the head chef at a restaurant for a few years and he loved them. We willl have to make a trip to Lisle to get them first hand!
