I drove all the way to this store to send money to western union, and their system is down. Is it really down or the front desk just lazy and anwont help you.Every time i go shop there, either nobody wants to help you or they are so slow and they don’t pay attention to the customers . Customer service here are so slow. I go here coz’ I love the people at the pharmacy and people there are friendly. Last time I shop I can only use cash and their system is down again.Waiting to get service at deli only 2 customers and we’re standing waiting to get help I lost patience so I just left and get my business elsewhere.

Yes, it's a smaller store with a selection to match. But its work force is exceptionally helpful.

one of the people at the self check out totally put her hands on me saying i need to put me sh!t in a bag (i pressed skip bagging) and she grabbed my TWO things from my hand and tried putting them in the bag. mask wasnt worn properly either soo never going back here

Lisle jewel at 55th and Maple doesn't enforce their own mandatory mask rule. A customer who confronted another customer who wasn't wearing a mask was actually escorted out of the store by police. The Jewel employees did nothing to come to this man's defense. The customers and employees of this store should consider being Covid tested. If Jewel wont enforce their own mandatory mask rule to protect their employees and customers maybe we should consider grocery shopping elsewhere.

Unlike some of their competitors, as of Sept 2021 Jewel is not enforcing the mask requirement for customers (the one that is posted on their doors). The manager told me "that there is nothing they can do" and that their instructions "from the corporate office" were not to confront customers in the store without a mask, regardless of the mandate from the governor.

Poor management, skills. Employees were very rude and aggressive, I wouldn't prescribe them to my worst enemies.

A nice old school Jewel. Not a huge location, but they are organized and still have a great selection. Great deals in the deli and butcher sections weekly. I was lucky enough to hear someone yell "it's guacamole time" on the store's intercom. I had to pick up a freshly made spicy guac. I couldn't resist

I love shopping to this store. It’s convenient for me coz’ it’s closer to where I live. The staffs are friendly and helpful and clean.

If you have a lot of time to waste cause your single and have no friends with no job. Then the wait time for you at this Jewel Pharmacy is the right place for you to visit! I missed 3 birthdays because of them! If they were any slower they’ll be going in reverse!!!

Two young athletic, alert men with no apparent disabilities or health issues were in the store today with no masks. When I asked an associate to speak to them, she did, they refused to put them on, and she continued to just move along doing her job. If my parents die of COVID 19 after getting their groceries some day, your store will be next on my lawsuit list after those two young men.
