I rarely leave a review, but due to the unethical behavior and practices I experienced from this business, I am obligated to share my experience with others despite the other positive reviews.On November 21st, 2023, I visited Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Lisle to check on a previous injury to my right knee before an upcoming ski trip. My therapist was Michael P.Here is a breakdown of everything that resulted in this review:1. Charges:a. Total charges for a 1-hour visit came to an eye-watering $582.b. I was charged BEFORE I even set foot in the door, followed by another bill 2 weeks later on December 6, 2023.c. I believed I was only to be charged $150 for a full initial consultation.2. Poor Communication:a. They instituted a full rehabilitation schedule on my first visit, without an initial doctor’s acknowledgement/consent, and without properly communicating what extra costs I would be billed in addition to the $150.b. I DID NOT receive undivided attention. The physical therapist was constantly taking phone calls during my visit. The majority of the time, I was left alone completing exercises.3. Unethical sales tactics:a. Ivy Rehab program kept pushing to get my credit card on file and authorize automatic charges BEFORE I was seen or evaluated.b. Kept pushing me to see a doctor pre-visit so I could schedule repeat visits as soon as possible BEFORE I was seen or evaluated.c. Scheduled me for two back-to-back visits within a week during the in-person consultation. When I tried to cancel at a later date, they then tried to schedule me for ANOTHER exit consultation which would result in even more costs.d. Told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with the knee, yet proceeded to schedule me for consecutive post visits anyways.e. Refused to give me an itemized list for what was completed in the first visit after talking to billing department.4. Update:a. Received my bill from insurance on 12/10 for a FIRST-TIME visit. If I knew a 5 minute knee massage would cost $90+, I would not have proceeded.i. $260 for physical rehab evaluationii. $135 for physical therapyiii. Therapy: manual $95iv. Therapy: manual $92At the end of the day, it’s about the principle and I hope this review will help others think twice before coming here. Make sure you ASK before you proceed with anything. Honestly very disappointed an establishment meant to help people clearly only cares about money.

I would highly recommend this facility. Pleasant staff and professional in all aspects in helping me achieve my goals! After having a long healing time of a broken foot, Mike helped me get me back on my feet!?. They also worked with me adjusting times to fit my schedule! Definitely choose this location without hesitation!

I would highly recommend this facility to everyone considering it.Maria and the team at this location are very helpful. Maria is an expert, optimistic and pushes you to work harder. She has all the qualities needed for an excellent therapist. Very happy with the care I received.Also Melissa at reception- she is awesome!

Maria, Mike, Melissa, and everyone else were exceptional. Their friendliness, professionalism, and expertise were truly impressive. I arrived with significant pain and left each session with a smile on my face. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to alleviate pain and discomfort.

Great experience. Identified my issue/ modified exercises along the way and they don’t stop until your goals are met! Mike and Maria great PTs. Mellisa at the front desk always smiling to welcome you in! The therapist aids encourage you along the way.

Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. So helpful in helping me regain strength and range of motion after I completed chemo . Great at explaining how I can continue to improve on my own at home . Would definitely recommend Ivy Lisle !

Maria is amazing!! After dealing with postpartum issues for months and seeing various people to try and figure out what the problem was, Maria was able to diagnose my problem and get me started on a plan to heal my issue. She is thorough, kind, and gets to the root of the issue. After months of never thinking I would be able to run again she got me back to running and feeling so much stronger! I'm so grateful for Maria's help and honestly can't thank her enough!!

I’ve had more than my share of PT and at other PT clinics have felt the therapeutic staff are less than fully engaged. Not the case here. The PTs are amazing and really (really) know their stuff. They are also quite kind, compassionate, professional and efficient. I would very highly recommend this clinic.

Cannot say enough great things about Maria and the rest of the folks at Ivy Rehab. I've done PT before, but these folks are a cut above! Graduated with not only my postpartum issues resolved, but Maria also put together an at home program for me that will help me reach my running and exercise goals as well. 10/10 WOULD recommend! :)

Ivy Rehab, Lisle, Il. is an excellent P.T. facility.All employees are well qualified and really have the patient's well being uppermost in mind.Maria, Teri, Melisa and Nick have all helped me with back and shoulder injuries. They all focus on the body issues and have helped me, and many others, to heal and progress in rehab.The facility is ultra clean and have all the equipment one would ever need.Super friendly people work there. A superb team, led by Maria.Was off P.T. for a couple months and my body really needed and missed the Ivy P.T. Now back and they understand what the body requires to progress forward.So thankful to have sessions at Ivy, Lisle and heal there.10 stars, if available.

I had such a great experience at Ivy Rehab! I felt valued as a patient and I could tell that they really cared about me and my pain. Terri was amazing and gave me exercises specific to my injury and to my pain that day. She is super knowledgeable and explained why everything I was doing was beneficial to my treatment plan. Humsa was very helpful and was always one step ahead with what exercise was next. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you for everything! :)

Maria is an amazing physical therapist! She takes the time to explain the purpose of each exercise and how it affects your body. She truly listens to how you're feeling and adjusts exercises as needed and gives many helpful tips resources with your healing journey. The entire to staff is very welcoming and friendly. Each time I go, I feel the positive energy.

The patient experience is amazing here, I loved everything about it. Maria is incredible! She's so knowledgeable and attentive to everything I mention to her, and she's helped me so much with the pain I was in. She's helped me physically, and motivated me in general. I really look forward to coming to my sessions every week! Every time I come in I feel welcomed and at ease, the environment is super warm and inviting. Melissa and Hamza are amazing, too! Overall, 12/10. Highly recommend :)

The atmosphere is very comfortable & friendly. The staff has worked very hard to help me reach my goals. From the manager @ the front desk to the physical therapists & their assistants, Ivy Rehab offers the best care possible. Maria,Terri & Melissa are true professionals. They are experienced, patient, good listeners & always provide positive feedback & encouragement. An excellent facility with an excellent staff!
