We came into the store later in the day not realizing how busy they were and how long it takes but Natalia was so helpful and nice. Answering all of our questions and stayed with us atleast an hour and a half after the store closed to get our phones all set. They went above and beyond for us and that's been our experience with tmobile overall!”

“Had issue with texting on my Samsung Galaxy 22+. Took over 15 min to talk to anyone, and they tried resetting the mobile and swapping the Sim card. Neither worked. I had to reinstall Google messages after I left to resolve the issue.”

Mason was the one to help me, and he did an AMAZING job. After I explained my frustration, he was so nice & he literally placed my order all over, and I walked out with my phone 20 minutes later. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MASON! If I could give him a thousand stars, I would!!”
