If I could I would rate this location 0/5 stars given the following facts; when first arrived I asked for a luggage cart and I was told that they didn’t have any. After this I went to the room and the room did not have hand soap, toilet paper, or towels, and let me not forget that the room lights did not work. I then called and asked for these things and they said they’d bring it to me and never did. When it was time for checkout they added additional charges to my room that I never asked for, so they “fixed” my bill even though my card was charged the wrong amount. They told me that it will take 5-7 business days for the money to go back. It now has been 3 weeks and I’ve been constantly trying to get my money back, but the manager never answers and I’ve left endless voicemails. No response or communication with me at all.
Rooms: The room did not have hand soap, toilet paper, or towels.
Food and drinks: Four drinks and four shots will cost you around $175.00 and their gratuity is included in the receipt, but they do not tell you that unless you ask. Because they will give you a regular receipt with a tip line for you to tip them additionally.

Do NOT go here. I stayed in room 502 the night after my sister’s wedding and when I woke up I was met with BED BUGS all over me and the bed. Right now I think I have over 10 bites (and counting). I wish I could give this place a zero stars. Actually disgusting. Never going back.

Bed bugs! Sister in room down the hall discovered bed bugs after spending the night. Before we heard about that we noticed there was zero shampoo in our room. At breakfast my other sister in a different room reported she had no cover sheet and no towels and the front desk gave her attitude when she requested some at 1am. Upon entry out entire wedding party noticed the lobby smells like a casino. Would not stay here again. Look elsewhere.

Bathtub had peeling paint on it. I was at a corporate event with 100ish people they had 2 desk staff and 2 bartenders for when everyone got out of a meeting at the same time. Should have been better prepared for the large group.

Left an expensive shirt in room 0826 on 08/29/2024. Called multiple times per week and have left voicemails for 6 weeks, never to have a returned call. I've never dealt with such a difficult hotel :(

I don't stay in this brand very often, but my expectations were definitely higher. This property is a bit outdated, could use a renovation. Rooms were clean, although housekeeping never showed up. Also, make sure you don't get a room that's facing the highway, you'll hear the noise all night.

I had stayed at the hyatt regency in lisle il omg there was no soap for your hands beds was halfway made carpet needed to be vacuumed internet kept going in and out
No microwave in these rooms very embarrassing to come here for the first time in chicago and had to see this I need a free stay here for the two days I was here or I'm taking this further

I recently had the mistake of staying at this location. Hyatt properties are usually top notch. This property has a nice lobby. The room I was in was old, dirty, foul smelling, scratched furniture, lumpy bed and flat pillows. Carpet was dirty, old style chain on the door, I used the hanger method for additional safety. The so called breakfast buffet that shows included on website was
in fact not included, it was $19 for powdered eggs, sausage, hard pastries and fruit, and some kind of waffle.
Please re think your hotel choice because you will be disappointed if you stay at this Hyatt location.

I stayed there five days and four nights.
Room was average but there service was terrible no one came to clean my room for that four night spent there even though I went to complain two days in row to send someone to clean my room they said we don’t have enough people just put you r trash and dirty towel out side of your some will and come and pick them up.One night or two night I have to spent four night in this situation and there lobby was also so nasty spots everywhere especially in the morning.
This hotel is run very poorly not according to Hyatt standers.
Will never go back there.

We have been to this hotel in the past and have enjoyed it. However, the place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. We stayed last night and the room was dirty. Toe nail clippings on the floor, dirty table top surfaces, the hair dryer was nasty, and I had to use a wash rag and soap before I could use it. The worst part was the substance on the headboard. I'm not sure what it was, but gross!!! We're extremely disappointed.
