We have been going to the H&R Block in Lisle Illinois for the last 3 years. We've had Lucy every time and she is absolutely wonderful. She explains every detail and makes us feel comfortable about our return. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was dissapointed. I decided to go with a different tax agent this yr still with H&R. Just wanted a try a different face and connection. When I arrived I got stuck with the same agent I had prior. Really unprofessional to do that to someone. You just lost my business.
