I called early in the week to make an appointment for an estimate on cleaning after we painted our home. The appt was for 7:30-8am Sat morning with Filipe. I waited until 8:20am and no one had shown or called to let me know if they were coming. I called the "emergency" number, which was only a voice mail recording. I left my name, address and phone number for someone to let me know if they were just running late...no one called, no one showed up. If this is any indication of how they run their business, I would be very concerned if I contracted with them. Based on this, I would not recommend them or hire them.

Stanhope Square is using this so called company. Tell your employees that when there is a 2 story building, the 2nd floor is also part of the building and needs to be vacuumed. Surprise! Never seen or heard of people doing their job like that. There are stairs that rarely get vacuumed just because you are using a wrong kind of vacuum not meant to clean stairs. Totally unprepared! What are we paying for exactly? A job half done. Also good acting by the way, they always try to make an entrance when getting inside the building so loud and you might actually think those people are cleaning and doing their jobs but no, not even close.

This is the 4th time we have used this company to come out and clean our windows, screens and doors. Not only are they punctual to the minute but they automatically put On booties without even being asked to. There two guys that did 17 windows and they were done in an hour. Time quotes to us was 2 pm - 3 pm and that's exactly when they arrived and when they left. Windows, screens and sills were left spotless and Streakless. They were recommended over 4 years ago by a friend who used them for window and gutter cleaning and she was very happy with them and we too are very happy with them and would absolutely recommend them to others.

I called over 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment. They scheduled an appointment for 7/11. I called back today to get time and they had not entered appointment in schedule. Now they say they are not taking new customers. Very unreliable.

Our association has been using Home Pride Services for gutter cleaning for many years and they always do a great job. One of our units needed a new gutter and down spouts and we contracted with Home Pride. Jesus supervised the job and we were happy with the workmanship and reasonable cost.When I call the office for service I usually talk to Edna who handles my request and billing efficientlyService: Gutter cleaning

Simply the best around in high end residential and large commercial cleaners. Expect long wait times... they are very busy. That tells you how good they are.

Our family has been employing Home Pride Services teams for 10+ years. We use their window, gutter and bi/weekly cleaning services. I trust their staff and have never been disappointed in the services provided.

I still use this service and continue with the same crew. These woman work hard and give the very best the can do. Also VERY inexpensive!!!!

We have used Home Pride in the past to clean interior and exteriors of our windows and they did a good job ... We decided to have them do a "deep clean" (clean everywhere behind furniture and all the nooks and crannies you don't get to on a regular basis) on the interior of our house ... They sent four men to do the job. ... They worked super slow and did not do a thorough job on the areas they actually did get to ... After two days of them slowpoking around I had to call it quits and ask them to wrap it up ... After they left I was outside on our driveway and saw they dumped their dirty floor water buckets on our driveway in the middle of winter that had some snow and ice on it and the driveway was littered with gum and cigarette butts .... For all this i was relieved of about $1200 ... It was a COLOSSAL waste of cash and I will NOT be making that mistake again. ... Beware !!!

I called Home Pride because they were local, they told me they would send someone out that day or the next to give an estimate. Three days later, I called back because they didn't contact me. I was then told later that day probably. Someone came out and I asked for three separate estimates. Another 3 days passed, no word from the company, and I left another message. Now a week later, I get a message from them coming in at twice the price of a second estimate I have, and no information on the two other things I asked for. I won't be trying to contact them again.

For the money I paid I was not impressed. Most surfaces looked okay but I had to go over much of what they did. And since you pay by the hour, if they have to redo anything - because they didn't get it done the first time - *you* have to pay for it! Frustrating ...
