Sarah is absolutely amazing - my Staff makes it basically impossible for me to trim his nails at home n she does it so fast, easy & seemingly painless for my baby! ? Recommend - in and out in 5 min w out appt! (NAIL TRIM ONLY!)

They over charged me ($40 extra) because my dog was being “rude” to them and the worker was being condescending towards me stating that I should look for other groomers to take him because they didn’t know how to handle him. He’s gone there multiple times with no negative feedback until today. Safe to say never going back and if you’re looking for a dog groomer don’t walk RUN from this place. So unprofessional and rude, also making up pricing as they please for a mediocre service.

Brought my dog here a couple of times was very satisfied with the work but always felt that she was very rude. Well today I brought him and she called me and said that he was matted. at which I cannot understand how because I brush him all the time and said she would need to cut him very short to get the mats out. I did not want him cut short but she never said she was not gonna still give him a haircut.i pick him up 5 hours later no haircut just a bath brush and nails will take my business elsewhere! Bad communication skills! And then had the audacity to tell us,maybe you wanna find someone else!

This place is a total RIPOFF because they have gone up on prices every sense the pandemic my dog is only 6 pounds I went from paying $18 now I’m up to $50 and the owner is SUPER RUDE… I saw them treat someone dog so very bad… it makes me think how badly they treat everyone else dog…. I will not be going back here…

I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog , Shady to Groomingdales by Sarah, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the care and attention to detail were evident. Sarah and her team are not only kind and patient with the pets, but their grooming skills are top-notch. My dog came out smelling wonderful and looking impeccably clean, a testament to the thorough job they did. The grooming was comprehensive, leaving no detail overlooked. It's clear that Groomingdales by Sarah prides itself on delivering exceptional service and making sure every pet feels pampered and loved. I highly recommend them to any pet owner who wants their furry friend to look and feel their best.

I recently moved to the area from PA with two dogs. My dogs hair cuts had outgrown and was in need of grooming. My SIL recommended this groomer. When I went in was not judgmental at the sight of the dogs lack of grooming. Sarah was very interested in knowing the dogs and what kind of grooming for each dog. I was pleased with the grooming and recommend this groomer. She was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Also her assistant Carrie was pleasant and helpful.

The most unfriendly place I've ever walked into. It's also the only place where you are expected to walk through the gate with all of the large random dogs roaming around free. The owner seemed annoyed when I told her I preferred not to walk all the way in as larger dogs make me a bit timid when they are roaming free and I don't know them. At all places I've been to you leave your dog upfront and they take the dog from you. Her comment to me was "Most people don't mind because they own dogs" which means nothing to me as my dog is 4 pounds and these dogs were like 60. I will never return to this establishment again.

This was our first time at Groomingdales as we wanted some place closer to home. Sarah and Callie took great care with our two 10 1/2 year old Bichons. They are not at all crated so the openness is perfect for them. They looked exactly as I was expecting and even better! We will definitely be bringing them back!

Our dog Murphy loves going here so much! When we tell him he's getting a haircut, he goes crazy with excitement. Sarah and the crew are so loving and understanding to our pets. Grooms them the way you want. You couldn't do better!! Just the absolute best!!!

I made an appointment for the first time and decided to not leave my dog there. The lady was rude, she didn’t respect my request. I understand that as a first time dog owner I might not understand the process, or maybe I was asking for something to hard to do, but there is always a way to respond with respect and explain and be professional. If she was rude and disrespectful to me imagine how she treats your dog when you leave them there. I found another groomer just 5min away and they could offer me the service that I was very happy with. Not to mention that my dog was very comfortable with them and did not have a bad experience.

Sarah is the best! I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else! I love the open air salon- the kids can run around if they are well-behaved and all of the cages can be seen for those who need to be by themselves! I trust Sarah and her staff completely with my schnauzer babies!
