Owners and buyers be aware " Associa " , is running a scam , since 1-1-2023 gas is not included in HOA , and real estate agents or Associa representatives are not disclosing it .

Loved this place, and after working here on some of there equipment as a welder, I can see that things are kept near, clean,organized and very well maintained. Great job four lakes.
