The women in the front greeted me, very friendly and stopped what she was doing to help me when I told her I needed to create a quick beautiful memorable bouquet for my client who was getting engage in the next hour. Her staff stopped their duties to make sure they arrange the bouquet and send me about my way . Lovely Staff will recommend to anyone! They loved them. Thank you!”

“I went to Langes's to purchase floral arrangements for our granddaughter's memorial service. Nancy and her staff were so sympathetic and graciously helped me through my sadness; from compassionate hugs to the most beautiful floral arrangements and plants. I wanted the flowers to reflect our granddaughter's love for dogs, frogs, hamsters, hermit crabs, birds, tortoises, and all other animals to shine through, and they did just that. “I cannot recommend Darlene enough! She was such a delight to work with and was incredibly positive and enthusiastic about all our ideas. I had only a vague idea about what I wanted for our wedding and with only a few Pinterest pictures, she created something that truly took my breath away! I was floored by how beautiful all our floral arrangements were and all our guests said they were some of the best-looking centerpieces they'd ever seen.Speaking of centerpieces, Darlene was so open-minded and welcoming of our unique additions. My husband's hobby is carnivorous plants and he wanted to incorporate pitcher plants into some of our centerpieces. We gave her the pitchers and she really ran with the idea! She even used some of the pitchers in our main arrangements in such a beautiful and subtle way. All our centerpieces had a cohesive look but still met (and exceeded!) our requests. I might have been a little apprehensive of the idea at first, but Darlene was excited and made such beautiful looks that those arrangements are now one of my favorite details.We live in a different state from where we held our wedding and Darlene was so easy to work with via Zoom, email, and phone. Out of all the people we looked into, she was the most responsive and affordable. I never had to worry about anything when working with Darlene and she'll be the first person I recommend when someone asks me for wedding recommendations. I called their shop this morning and explained that I was looking to send a fresh flower arrangement today, one that was big, bright, beautiful and had a "put a smile on their face" appeal for a good friend of mine who needed some cheering-up. After sharing the details, a short time later I received a confirming e-mail with the order, how the card would read, etc., (very professional). They got the order out today. This evening I got a text from my friend on how beautiful and uplifting the arrangement was (I even got a photo with the text - showing the wonderful arrangement on their dining room table, it was AWESOME ! ). When I say it was "all I had hoped it would be" I'm serious 100%. Again, I highly recommend Carousel Flowers and a BIG "thank you" to their staff for an excellent transaction !”

“I’m giving you a 5 star because I didn’t want to hurt your business. However I have a complaint. I ordered flowers for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife’s work. The flowers arrived at 330 n the afternoon and she gets off at 4. What is the point to have flowers delivered if your not delivering them until the end of the day?? And if you knew it would be late why didn’t you call ? As for the flowers, my wife said they were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever sent her. So ultimately that’s why I gave 5 stars. Please work on your delivery and communication. Thank you.”
