Went in today to get a new pair of running shoes. Jillian helped me get fitted and gave me a ton of options to choose from. She was so knowledgeable and her customer service was incredible! My friend was so impressed that she also got fitted for a new pair of running shoes despite having just bought a new pair. We both left so very happy - huge thanks to Jillian!

My 14 year old son got fitted by Krista for Track shoes and Track shoes with spikes. Great experience overall.

Such amazing service and nice folks!I went there for a packet pickup for a race this weekend. Driving there, I was kicking myself for not paying the extra money to have them shipped, but Mitch made the 45 minute drive worth it. I was greeted with a huge smile by staff AND other customers. Mitch was helpful with my questions and patient while I browsed, and while i only walked out with socks and a running belt, I will absolutely be coming back when I'm in the area!

I stopped at the Carol Stream location last week to get a new pair of walking/running shoes. Sam helped me find an excellent pair of shoes that have made my feet so happy! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He observed my walk to ensure I would have the correct type of shoes for my feet. Even though the store is about an hour from my home, I know that I will be going back for my future walking/running shoe needs. To top it all off, I just received a hand written thank you card from Sam. You truly can't get better than that!
