Totally unprofessional and frankly should be inspected. Was in here the other day and Jess or Jen (she wouldn’t speak up when I asked for her name) inserted herself while another cashier was handling my stuff, straight up lied to me and tried to say it was because of city rules which I quickly showed her was a flat out lie and she got combative and tried to kick me out.

Employees are not wearing a mask even though they have mandatory mask on there door as you enter and monster drink was 2 for $6 and get one free but I was charged $8.97 and employee didn't care

I received very POOR customer service from the cashier ( Sunday, Nov 24 ) around 8pm. He was Very rude with a bad attitude. ( I only gave one star because it was the only way to leave a comment otherwise no stars would have been given ) he needs better training on how to treat customers.

I had a horrible experience with a cashier named Brandon. When I asked if I could get a pack of cigarettes he acted as if I interrupted his morning went and got the cigarette and slammed them on the counter. Didn't tell me my total, never greeted me, and when I left he didn't even say anything. I usually come during the evening and don't have any issues. All the other employees I experience have been very nice. I've never been so disrespected as a customer. I definitely will not be coming back there.

one of the cashiers with kinda red spikey hair is very arrogant and thinks playing games with people is fun.I never wil never go there again! very poor service!!! They need to hire more mature and mentally adequate people. I happen to be in marketing so i will go out of my way to let every one know.

I frequent this gas station because of location, my need for a pop and the good service and friendliness of the staff. Today was different. A cashier named Nicholas rang me up today and had no response to my "how are you?" He then told me my total and as I scanned my card usually my items (I usually do need a bag) are bagged for me. I asked for a bag and Nicholas sighed and pulled out a bag and held it open for me. This is a first from this place, he wanted me to put the items in. I'm not a lazy person but isn't this your job? He stood there with the bag open like he really had no care to help me, and as I put the items in the bag I said "They usually they put the items in the bag for me." Nicholas' response for this was a muttering about tips. I asked again what he said and I guess he didn't care to repeat it. I grabbed my bag and made a wide eyed look at the other cashier and left. I really did like this place, but I don't like being made to feel like my purchase is an inconvenience to you, since you are a "convenience" store.
