Chung was absolutely fantastic! She was sweet and knowledgeable. She cut my hair in exactly the style I was hoping for. I will definitely visit Charmed Salon anytime I'm back near Chicago!!

I had an amazing experience! I went in for a haircut last minute and the woman was so patient and helped me decide what I was going to get. She showed me how to style my hair a couple different ways after she was done cutting it and she was so careful to let me know what she was doing and why while she was cutting my hair. I will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Charme Salon for the last 15+ years, and I must say that the service is excellent. The lady doing the hair cut is very well versed in hair cutting and styling. I fully recommend this hair stylist to others looking for a great haircut!

This place is terrible. The woman the cut my hair made it WAY too short. I said shoulder-length, and I think she might have thought I said shorter, but that is no excuse for how it turned out. I have a very round face, and the way she cut my hair, my whole front face is exposed. Then when she was styling it, she made it incredibly puffy on top and since the bottom was really thin, it just makes me look like a balloon head. This is the worst haircut I've ever had. I thought that going to a Chinese lady would be better than the two times I've been to the Paul Mitchell School downtown near UIC. I was sorely mistaken. The money I spent on a cut didn't even include a wash, and when it was done, she didn't even sweep away the excess hair on my shoulders, back, and chest area. Avoid this place like the plague. I will never go back here.
