I stopped by the shop and showed Bob the receipt for the repairs and asked him to share the costs of$190.00. he gave me a $100 bill. I am satisfied.

So fortunate to work next door to this station. Had a flat tire, and they helped me out super quickly (even though they are busy) and it was beyond reasonable. Craig is so nice - he's getting all my business now!

I've been a very satisfied customer of Craig's Auto Service since the 1990's. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner. Craig takes the time to explain everything, always calls before beginning any work after a thorough diagnosis. I have recommended him to several people and all are equally as satisfied as I. He has offered to drive me home if the work is going to take several hours. He goes above and beyond.

I highly recommend Craig's Auto Service Center for anything repairs or maintenance you may need. My secondary office for my employer is in Lisle and it was my first drive to that office in nearly 4 years and I reside about 30 minutes away. As I got off the highway, the tie-rod to my 2006 Chevy detached from the tire and skidded in the road and not being from the area, I immediately Googled the closest and highest rated auto mechanic and Craig's shop was first on the list. I called at 7:15am, and Craig answered, and said he would take a look and referred a tow company if I needed it (which my insurance carrier took care of and was on the way). After the tow came at about 9:30am, I called Craig and he said the tow had just dropped it off and will call me later with his assessment. By 10:30am, Craig called back and said he would replace the tie-rod to get me back home safely and suggested that I have a mechanic from my own area examine any additional work that is going to be required (ball joints, alignment, etc.) Craig said he would have it back to me by the afternoon, which was then completed by 1:30pm, and I made it back home safely. Two days later, I received a text from an unknown number on my cell phone and it was Craig, asking how everything went on my 2006 Chevy and if I made it home safely. I was truly amazed and said to myself, "That's pretty f'n awesome that he did that". I don't know Craig and I'm not from the area, but I HIGHLY recommend using him.

Craig's offers very friendly service. They gave a used car I was looking at a very thorough inspection and helped me walk away from making a bad decision.

This is an excellent place to bring your car! They are honest, detailed, efficient and knowledgeable. A coworker recommended them to me and I will never have to go the dealer again! My husband also decided to have his car fixed there too

I've been taking my car there since 2000, they a friendly, knowledgeable and do what they say they'll do. Craig, Cary & Matt are the best! These are the kinds of people that would be good at whatever they choose to do, they choose car care and I benefit from their passion.

Google sent me here for gas...says open 24 hours, but it is closed at 11:00 pm on a Wednesday night. Don't bother getting off the highway in Lisle for gas.

Can get gas here. They coffee here is excellent. It is easy to pull in and out of the parking lot. Can get the basic groceries here. They have tobacco products here if you are a tobacco user. The restrooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store also has lottery tickets.

The best!! Repair estimates are always accurate with no surprises. Top quality work done on time. I've taken 5 cars there, sent one of my coworkers, my mom's car and 3 of my kids. They always do a good job explaining everything in words I can understand. I won't take a car anywhere else for repairs.
