Very happy with their services and Melissa took great care of my cats. The kitties love her! Sadly I moved away and it is not easy to find similar wonderful pet sitters everywhere.

Robin, the owner, is ultra responsible about making sure that your pets are well taken care of, while you are at work or on vacation. I've used her services the last few years, and she and her sitters are great!! You get a written log of each visit at your home, with the time and date, and Robin also texts daily photos and updates to your phone. Recently, we were out of town for a week, on vacation, and I could not be more pleased with all the attention my two dogs got, from her sitters and how great Robin was about responding to my concerns (like I wanted to make sure a/c was working during a 2 day hot spell). My two dogs are now kind of spoiled and demand more outside time from me, now that I'm home!! She was great about having someone at my home as early at 6:30 am to let them out and as late as 9:00 pm to tuck them in, and make sure everything was in order. They also bring in mail, and water plants. You can feel safe leaving your pets in her care.

Robin Stefanik is the owner here and she is great about getting your pets the care and time they need while you're at work or on vacation for a reasonable cost. I have regularly used her services and sitters when I had to stay late at work or was gone on the weekend. Recently, I had her sitters for when we were out of state on vacation for a week, and my dogs were spoiled with 4x a day visits. They were great about spreading out the time so that my dogs got attention from 6:30 am until 9:30 pm. I cannot say enough positive about how how attentive the sitters and Robin are to details, and how spoiled my dogs are, now that I'm back! They now are demanding more outside time from me!! They will, also, for no extra charge, water plants and bring in mail. And, Robin texts you photos and updates daily on your pets, while you are away.

Spoke with Robin via phone to schedule the registration meeting for early the following wk.No one showed up. After I called, she apologized and came out herself with one of the pet sitters in my area. She was nice, but scattered. Agreed to an appt the following night @7:00. Then realized they had a company cooking event and couldn’t make it. I agreed to use a pet sitter I hadn’t met and do 6:30 because I needed the dogs let out to pee while I was at work.I was told I would receive a txt and pics when they came.Later I received an email explaining she didn’t write down our initial appt bc I didn’t confirm. I had to remind her we spoke on the phone so there was no request or need for a confirmation. Should’ve listened to that red flag!On Wed, I texted her @7:24 to see if anyone saw my animals bc I got no txt or pics. I received no response. I called her @7:45 and left a msg bc no one answered.Eventually she did get back to me to let me know they were let out. Phew!UNFORTUNATELY, when I got home and saw the pet sitter notes, I found out my little dogs were fed a SECOND dinner for no reason. (And that the cats were left to watch, without being fed—Gordon Ramsey would be horrified they didn’t feed the whole party at once!)When I informed Robin, she gave us the visit for free and offered our key back.Now I don’t know what they were fed, our containers are clearly marked ‘dogs’ and ‘cats’ but BOTH my shih tzu and my mini Goldendoodle had liquid diarrhea for 3 days after that visit, and my veterinarian sister and I suspect they were given dry cat food by mistake.Nice people but unreliable and not detail oriented.

Robin is a fantastic person. She is super nice and responsible, I feel that I can trust her 100%. She took care of my cat who is not really open to meet new people. But Robin made friends with him and he even let her pet him which is rare. If my cat trusts someone, I trust them too. He has great instincts. Every day Robin would send me a picture of my cat and tell me how he is doing. When we were back from vacation, I found a log that Robin left me with all the details of what was done and how my cat behaved. This was a great experience and I really appreciate the fact that I could just relax and not be worried about my precious little furry friend.

Robin and her family of dog walkers have been taking care and loving my dogs for over 10 years. They walk my dog 3-5x week. Amazing group of walkers. Responsible, caring and most of all loving. They are an extended part of our family. They supported my dogs when they were ill. They walked my dogs with short notice. They took care of my dogs while on leave. I have recommended them to my friends and I recommend them to you without hesitation.

They have been watching my pets for over a year and what a wonderful group of caring, reliable and friendly, compassionate people. I have a dog and two cats and they take such good care of my fury babies while I'm away from home. They get played with, walked and fed, and there are detailed notes left for you when you return home. Highly recommend this company-

This is the first time we used Robin’s services to come into our home and care for our 3 kitties. We received texts of our cats being entertained, and very extensive notes on the days that the sitter was present. Our babies were very well cared for, and look forward to our next vacation when we will definitely call on them again. Meow!

First time ever using a pet sitter in my home...and it was a success! I was a little nervous at first, but Robin was great! She took the time to explain the process with me and met with my 2 kitties in person before we signed any paperwork. I would totally recommend ACGS to anyone who wants great quality & trustworthy pet care for those furry members of the family. I will definitely be using ACGS again when I'm out of town.
