My husband & I recently had the pleasure of working with Alfredo Lopez @ Zeigler Nissan in Gurnee. We can confidently say that it was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. From the moment we walked in, Alfredo made us feel welcome & valued, treating us not just as a customers, but as friends.

We also wanted to take a moment to thank salesman Erik, as he thoroughly helped in explaining & showing us all the gadgets in my new Rouge. Erik was very pleasant & patient with all our questions we had on how to navigate all the toys in my new car. Sales manager Leo was also helpful & had a very welcoming attitude, which made us feel at home. Leo was gracious & forth coming on how our purchase was progressing. He made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Victoria at the service counter was also very pleasant & such a pleasure to talk to. Victoria explained anything service related very thoroughly, as we had questions regarding any future appointments. She too was patient & polite. Last but not least, thank you to Michael at the finance department whom worked hard at finalizing our paperwork before closing time.
All in all, we will return to Gurnee Zeigler Nissan in the future for our next car purchase.

Terrible service I was trying to buy a pick up and they want to charge me for a security that I don’t need and paint protection that I don’t need when I see the price it was double as the cost

I would give zero stars if i could. Went in for an oil change they said one hour well it’s been an hour and they are barely starting to work on my car. I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked into the service department. Some guy was sitting at the desk I asked if I could leave my keys with him he said he wasn’t even there to work so then why is he sitting there? Would not recommend this place. Nissan Kenosha is better

Dealership will NEVER tell you this: their CVTs are garbage! And NISSAN knows about this. What do they do to make it right? Instead of recalling all the affected models, they extend the warranty. But wait! They don’t notify you. You have to do your own homework. My rogue sport started having jerky symptoms at low speeds around 60-80k, none of their mechanics could diagnose the problem. What’s the point of warranty if you don’t even do anything?? If you search the internet for Nissan CVTs, there are endless pages of people even having transmission problems under 50k. I called corporate to see if they have the good faith to even consider chipping in to possibly fix this, but nope. Now my mileage is too high and they won’t do a damn thing about it. I AM NEVER PURCHASING ANOTHER NISSAN AS LONG AS I LIVE.

Holy Moly guys, BUYER BEWARE! Our Salesperson was Alex seemed like a nice guy, we figured out financing and picked the vehicle before showing up. 2021 Nissan Sentra. I spoke to Rosa who setup the appointment and we met with Alex when we got there. Took the car for a test drive, we like it so we are ready to start talking numbers. KBB puts this car at $16,500 so we float $16,000 to start, asking price online was $17,807 Alex says "let me bring your offer to the manager." Cool. He comes back with a four square sheet, now he can't adjust the financing because we don't need any so no joke he shows us his paper detailing a "Discount" of $17,000 for the vehicle but he added $1500 for LoJack which he explained is installed on every vehicle they sell. So before tax, title, and doc fee we are somehow over listed price $18,500. I asked to speak to the manager. He deflects and apologizes tells us how he knows it's crazy but he did what he could. I insisted on a manager, he left was gone for around 10 minutes and just as I'm stepping out of the office Jimmy "The Manager" comes along sits us back down and apologizes. We explain the situation in full and he says yeah, that's what Ziegler does for every car and asked where we live implying we should be grateful because of the area. Classy. We question it because of course, and he exclaims he's worked at 7 dealerships...that tracks. I asked him if he was really the Manager and he admitted no, he's another Salesperson, lol. Manager left a while ago apparently. We walked away. So unfortunate we probably would have bought the vehicle at $17k if Alex didn't immediately try to lie to us. Long post but I wanted to share my experience, Ziegler watch out for your Gurnee branch they are giving you a dangerous reputation. Attached is the ad for the vehicle. I couldn't get a photo of the notes sheet before Alex scooped it up.

I just leased a Pathfinder with Ken over July 4th week. What an amazing experience! Ken listened to what our family’s needs and wants and was able to make it happen. After a not so good first experience Ken turned it around immediately and got our family into the perfect SUV.
