If you came here with big truck then park on street. It's dead end st. Nice ppl but dont park in the parking lot overnight. If doc 2 is open u can back 1 truck there

We had purchased a few materials for a job that we were doing. The person we spoke to said that the doors that we ordered would be coming in on October 11 when they were ordered in early September. We have scheduled our project around the delivery date and just found out that we now have to wait another 2 weeks to get the order. We were not given any notice about his mishap and the woman we spoke to was extremely rude and condescending.

Place is clean polite staff willing to help. Drove in checked in with the shipping guy and got unloaded immediately. Great customer service!!!

Why is it that that phone people for the smaller independent supply companies (ie not the big box guys, Menards, Home Depot and Lowes) seem to have the need to be big jerks on the phone? It's almost as if they would prefer not to sell anything, I'm trying to buy bi fold closet doors. What does " we don't get into bi fold doors that much bit we can order them" mean? If it's an out of the ordinary request right away they seem to put of a veil of secrecy, " yeah, we can, we got this guy, ya know??". "Send me a description of what you want, do you have sizes?" Of course I have sizes. I'll even bring in a sample of what I'm looking for These guys fall into the same rating of the Gurnee Ace Hardware, terrible
