Service dept is an absolute failure. After having my car for 6 days they failed to even fix the problem that I brought it in with. They claimed to not be able to hear it although it was very prominently noticeable within 5 minutes of leaving the lot. Their communication was a 0/10 as nobody made any attempts to keep me updated with what was going on with my car during that time. When I picked it up, the service staff was rude and unhelpful. I left the dealership with the same problem I brought it in with, a dirtier car than when I dropped it off (no courtesy washes apparently) and no intention of ever coming back here. Their overall effort was a zero out of 10. Do yourself a favor and find ANY other service department to bring your car into. This was a complete waste of time.

Pathetic customer service, they say they do discount on the online listed price but when you actually visit them they deny it. They don’t even have little sense of how to speak with customers. If you want to have worst customer experience of your life than visit them.

Amazon service staff and amazing sales Staff. David over in service was straight to the point in what work my truck needed and didn't need. Service was very quick and organized too. Dennis in sales was extremely informative and helpful.

Avoid this place at all costs. This dealership completely wasted our time. Having made an appointment in advance to look at a car, we spent almost 2 hours test-driving and discussing the numbers. As we are nearing a final price, the salesman comes back and says another customer is interested in the vehicle and tries to turn our deal into a bidding war. Walking away was an easy decision because, obviously, this company does not know how to deal in good faith. To add insult to injury, as we drove away, we found out the dealership ran our credit without our written permission. Not only was our entire weeknight wasted, but we now have to spend time disputing the inquiry with the credit agencies.
We were expecting to deal with professionals. Instead, what we found were the tactics and behavior of shady used car dealers you typically see in movies.

Be careful if you go there to see the car and thinking to buy they will tell you we will run soft credit score actually they run hard inquiry I called them they never answer find other Cadillac this one is WORSE. I wish I can give them more negative stars

Dealership is very dishonest and should not be allowed to sell cars. I asked for an our the door price and there was at least $7000 in add ons that the were not justified. When I questioned the add ons they tried to convince me that they were necessary for the car. They even tried to scare me into seeing the value in the warranty by quoting equipment that wasn’t even included in the car. Dealership is the worst. Do not buy from here ever! Dennis was the individual who contacted us from the dealership.
