“From the moment I walked in to return a sweater that didn't fit, I felt like I was the most important person to the women at the customer service/cashier desk. The woman was so kind and got everything done within a couple of minutes. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by her a couple of years ago. She was just as kind and efficient then as she was this time. I was greeted with a smile and left with a smile after she helped me again with my new purchases. I don't know the cashier's name, but she is short,older, with short salt and pepper hair. I wish I knew how to send kudos her way.”
