Three years ago I had really bad reviews about this location. Because of ignorance and corrupted customer service. But this time everyone and everything is amazing. Fahad brother was so helpful, informative... we met right person to explain our Verizon line. I can say that the staff had long day, despite all they were good mannered and warm. Thank you for humanity and services ?

I have mixed feelings about this place. I don’t think customer care is priority here. Just find a better store if your problem is dire and the issue requires some major assistance. If you find Edgar Good. If not just leave!

Helpless stuff, manager named Bilal, were super rude and helped nothing to us. Stop by to activate service, and Bilal behaves like i stop by to rob store. Terrible experience, going to find other store nearby!!

I recently accompanied my mom to purchase an iPad and keyboard case from Verizon. However, upon reaching home, we discovered that the case didn't fit the iPad. The next day, when my mom attempted to return the keyboard, Verizon declined to assist her, insisting only the salesperson who made the sale could process the refund. Despite providing the order number, they refused to proceed. This treatment felt particularly frustrating, and I couldn't shake the feeling that they were disregarding her due to her age. Their insistence that she return on the weekend added unnecessary inconvenience. Fortunately, I managed to facilitate the return through the My Verizon app, a process they could have easily assisted with in-store. Overall, this experience highlighted a severe lack of customer service and support at this location. Additionally, their claim of recent relocation contradicts my years of patronage.

Vito went above and beyond to make sure my port over went smoothly. He is by far the best part of Verizon. Made a frustrating situation much easier. He truly cares about his customers and will spend as much time as necessary to get things right.

My last visit to the store was unhelpful, and the guy who was trying to provide service for us looks not caring our service. He wasn't answering our questions properly and sometimes giving us false information, like prepaid service is 60 dollars and up. I don't remember his name, but I think some like Edgar. That guy should change the way he provides the service.
Also, new customers should cautiously investigate before they switch to Verizon. There are many hidden costs and policies that can take a toll from your pocket and limit it to move freely if you are not happy with Verizon service.
I'm thinking of switching back my previous carrier but I have to pay all the devices that I have from this store.

The service you receive here will be based on the colour of your skin.
My friend, who is on our family plan and black, went in to upgrade her phone. I ordered and paid for the phone on-line for her and set a pickup for in-store because she was already there. They refused to give her the phone without me coming to the store with my photo i.d., even though SHE had her i.d. and was clearly on the plan, and had her old phone to upgrade. They wouldn't accept speaking with me on the phone, or me sending them my license via text, or giving them any information to prove my identity. I drove to the store in snow during rush hour to literally flash my license and walk out. This was absurd.
My friend thrn witnessed a white woman able to call her husband and simply give info from her husband OVER THE PHONE and be helped. Shame on you!
There was a general ignorant-vibe, which was intolerant and unwelcoming. She also witness the other staff speaking down to two Asian brother customers as if they were mentally challenged. And the woman who "helped" my friend wouldn't even look her in the eyes. It was quite bizarre. What year is this? Check yourselves folks.
