Excellent from first call to final walkaway; highly recommend. Very reasonable pricing-wise and there is nothing that could have been better. Team was kind, hard working, and adaptable.
We had packed up 98% of our items and the few miscellaneous items were easily and safely packed by the team seamlessly. They also added extra moving blankets on furniture for bonus protection. We had one extra large, heavy item (10ft walnut table top) and the team handled it very very well through multiple narrow stairways.

I've used USA Moving for multiple moves and they've been amazing every time. I've had the same crew each time lead by Jose Morta, so these are seasoned professional movers, not kids on summer break. Courteous, careful, fast, and well-priced!

I loved working with them; every step was easy and confident. Scheduling a move was simple. We had an urgent need to reschedule our move and that took all of three minutes to arrange. They moved three different pianos and their team was excellent! I was very much impressed with how much they wrapped each with protective blankets, tape, and wrapping plastic. They were extremely careful to not slide a single thing protecting the floors. Every aspect was professionally done. I'd gladly use them again and recommend them to others.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Broke over $2500 worth of my belongings, took no responsibility, made me pay over Venmo so I can’t take them to court for the money and refuse to answer the phone despite signing a contract agreeing to pay .60 cents on the dollar for any damages. Pictures of damaged items included below. Pictures were taken when my items were dropped off to me while the mover was still there. After all of this- their movers proceeded to not ask but DEMAND a gratuity tip from me 3 times over the course of them moving my stuff in (which I still paid by the way)!

Great experience. My team was timely, efficient and courteous. But packed in such a way that unpacking was easy. Like items were packed together so pots with lids, knife block with knives, cords with devices. Boxes labeled with the room from which they came as well as general description of the contents. I have a lot of large, heavy glass and stone pieces. Nothing was damaged or broken.

These guys were great! They were fast and professional. My partner and I were moving from a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment to another condo of the same size (both 3rd floor apartments), from the south side to the north side of Chicago. It was all done within 3 hours. I would 100% use their service again.

This is the best moving company ever! They showed up on time, nothing got damaged or broken, and they finished the job quicker than I expected. They worked so well as a team and I would use them again 10/10 times.

Excellent job. USA Moving and Storage moved our stuff out of our condo, stored it for 3 months and moved it back in after our condo was remodeled. Would highly recommend them for both moving and storage.

This is the third time in eight years I’ve used this company and they were punctual and professional each time. My furniture and belongs made it to my new place intact and unscathed. I also appreciate the fact that they worked with my HOA to get them the certificate of insurance they required. They even fixed my dining room table that was never level for no additional charge. I will definitely be using them in the future. It’s like having a good mechanic you can always count on.
