I worked with Angela a couple years back for a kitchen sink as well as other kitchen stuff. She did a great job offering suggestions to help piece our cabinets together. We had a problem with a leaky sink and contacted angela. She took care of it within a day and had parts via warranty by the end of the week . I'd highly recommend her if you ever need anything done!!!

Jon is the man over there! He got us everything we needed in timely fashion. Additionally, he made sure we picked up the correct items for our home. We really loved how he went in depth on details for every item. Will definitely do business with again in the future!

We are going through a total gut rehab of our home and had the help of our designer to pick out most of our plumbing fixtures. We approached Jon Saltan to help us to order all of our items. Jon was very responsive to us and put together our order very quickly (which seemed to take weeks to put together at other places like Ferguson). One major piece we really appreciated was that he was able to point out why we shouldn't go with certain fixtures our designer had picked out and had suggestions on other options that were still within our price range but were of better quality. Jon also does a great job with giving us order status updates which is great so you don't have to feel like you are chasing your sales person for updates. Given how many vendors we have worked with during this entire gut rehab process, Studio41 was one of the easiest vendors to work with. Not to mention they were able to get all of our fixtures in within a couple of weeks and other vendors were saying we were looking at 1 month+.

I have to express my disappointment with the service provided by Ann during our recent visit to the store. As a young couple, my fiancé and I were in need of purchasing a shower faucet set. Unfortunately, Ann seemed hesitant to answer our questions and was incredibly difficult to communicate with. Despite spending over $2000 on various items, it felt like she didn't take us seriously. Even after making the purchase, we had to call multiple times just to get a hold of her. Overall, our experience with Ann left much to be desired, and we hope for better customer service in the future.
Additionally, our frustration grew when we purchased a set, only to find out that one crucial part wouldn't be available for another three months. This inconvenience led us to search elsewhere, and we were able to find the missing part at another store. The lack of transparency and communication regarding product availability added to our dissatisfaction with Ann's service.

We worked with Angela who was great throughout the entire process. She was very helpful providing options during our initial appointment/visit, working through options within our budget, and was available throughout the day and sometimes even in the evenings when we had questions regarding our order, ship dates, etc. Frustratingly, there were some hiccups due to manufacturer's ship dates and availability, but she was responsive and helpful in providing alternate solutions.

Put simply I love Studio 41 in Lincolnwood! I recently remodeled my bathroom and with their huge selection of top quality products offered for reasonable prices and the expert guidance of their designer Angela, my remodeled bathroom is gorgeous! Angela was absolutely the best to work with. Her vast bath and kitchen design experience helped me create my dream bathroom and I look forward to working with her when I remodel my kitchen.

MARIANNE @ Lincolnwood was an awesome Designer. My kitchen is the dream that I always imagined and MORE (with Marianne's help.) She never blinked when I asked for "what about this product", she immediately went to her books, to try and find at the lowest cost the item I was trying to purchase. Her energy and enthusiasm was as if I was the most important kitchen she was working on. and... I will say, I did get a quote from Home Depot, same quality, same style door and Studio 41- apples to apples -for construction and quality of wood was 50% less than Home Depot. I would recommend Marianne as your next Designer and Studio 41 @ Lincolnwood. CJen

Angela was recommended to me by Pro Chicago Construction, and she has been nothing but helpful. Because we were dealing with a renovation project while living elsewhere, I was looking for somebody who could organize, suggest, advise, and follow up. Angela did all of the above with gusto, and made sure my move-in dates were possible. During delivery, the items I purchased were clearly labeled, and my construction team could easily identify everything. All in all, I highly recommend Angela and her team, who have not only taste but also professionalism. Thank you!

Angela is the best!! Extremely competent, nice, and caring with great knowledge and taste!! She helped my company on a bathroom renovation that had numerous space limitations and found products for all our requirements!! Also tagged each cut sheet identifying where each piece went!! If you love dogs, don't shop here! I had to quickly run in and it was too hot to leave my dogs. I apologized for bringing them with me (both are very chill) and asked if someone could come to the entrance to help me. The guy who saw me first was extremely rude and spoke with utter disgust for my having a dog. Thankfully, another sales person was willing to help me. Going forward, I will take my business elsewhere.

Guessing they don't work on commission... or if they do, they're not pushy... which I guess overall is a good thing because I don't want to have to be totally distrustful of a salesperson nor do I want to be hounded constantly. But when I visited, as many have said, they weren't terribly helpful. When I entered a woman told me to look around and let them know if I needed help, take pictures if I wanted and they could help me find pricing, and that the bathroom vanities (which is what I was looking for) were downstairs. So I headed down there and looked around a bit but there was no one down there; the one guy (I found out later he was assistant manager) who was went back upstairs with customers (which makes sense). But whilst I walked around for 10 or so minutes no one else came around. I headed back upstairs and the assistant manager was talking with the woman who told me where the vanities were earlier. He asked if I needed help with anything, but I was ready to go at this point. He gave me some catalogs to take a look at. I can't say I won't go with them--I need to get a new sink/vanity in ASAP and so whomever can do it quickly is probably going to be the company that I go with. The showroom is beautiful and gleams with fixtures and bathtubs and is the stuff that a dream house is made of. But I didn't love going to a place and getting no help nor any information until I was ready to leave; I'm pretty ready to make a decision within the week. The place doesn't really seem to be accessible. First floor is fine, but to get downstairs there's no elevator, you just have to take the stairs. Fine for folks who have no mobility issues, don't have a stroller, etc. but those who do are out of luck I guess. The parking lot is hard to get into unless you're coming from Cicero, so if you can just come from that direction I'd suggest it, otherwise you will have to go south on Touhy and either fight traffic to get around or drive a quarter mile to turn around. Went back on Thursday to speak to someone about getting an estimate... if you do choose to go here, make an appointment. When I came they had only two people there, both with clients, and though I waited a 20-30 minutes there was no one that could help me. I didn't see anything suggesting that appointments were necessary or recommended so I wish I hadn't wasted my time driving over here.
