Awesome place, knowledgeable staff that are very friendly, yet professional. I walked in today and worked with Marcelo to purchase the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and not only was he very patient, but he also took the time to explain different plans, while finding the lowest cost! While there, also spoke with Heriberto, about accessories and upcoming promotions as well. I have been a long time customer of this T-Mobile location and would highly recommend them!

I would like to write a great review I had a very helpful and exciting time getting my new iphone getting my iphone 13 trading to iphone 15 I wish i knew the first guys name he had curly hair thats all i know but when he was off his shift harissa mirabal really helped with everything and gave us the best experience with my phone and getting new accessories for it like the new phone case and new screen protector after getting the wrong screen protector delivered on accident she helped resolve the situation again i would love to thank this t mobile for their help :)

They don’t want to work the way they should.They are not trouble shooters, they are trouble makers. I traded in my phone, they didn’t take it. I was told to wait for the label, while I had the label. T mobile asked me later to take my phone to a t mobile store they will provide label and will take care of it that this store didn’t take care of this issue. Shame on them
