“I was there to ship two packages to a conference. I asked for overnight shipping. Rose told me the price, asked about value, do I need signatures at the other end, etc. Rose was friendly and happy to work with me with the crazy long address I needed to ship them. Everyone at this location are great to work with and have gone above and beyond to help me in my shipping needs.
However, this is not my first time at this location. Our company has an account with FedEx and this is my prime location. I have had to ship all over the United States and the staff at this location has been extremely helpful despite the number of shipments, size of shipments, and dates needed. They have printed flyers and tent cards for us in an expeditious manner.”
