Excellent customer service from store manager Frank. I always recommend shopping here to my friends and anyone I know that is looking for shoes. Mulan has a great variety of styles and very affordable options. This is my go to store when I visit this mall.

Even though the slippers were not worn, I wanted to change them to more expensive slippers. It's only been 30 minutes and they won't change it. Don't shop here.

Totally love the deals at this place but the quality of employees they hire is so questionable. Management, can you please tell your employees that having a loud vulgar conversation while customers are shopping is super unprofessional and tacky. You must do better. These girls have no filters.
