I'm not sure how to begin, but let me tell you about my experience at this cellphone store. It was truly one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences I've had. The woman who claimed to work there was completely unhelpful and seemed to have no knowledge about what she was talking about. The store supervisor was just as rude and unhelpful. They didn't provide me with the final price I needed to pay, but instead gave me an absurd price that made no sense. I strongly advise you to avoid this store if you don't want to have a terrible day and unnecessary hassle. Just a friendly reminder.

I learned a few things about metropcs but not because anyone told me this.1) If their service is not what you’re looking for and you’ve bought an iPhone through them; just know their policy is 6 months before you could use the same phone with another company; unlocked2) Their unlimited service doesn’t feel unlimited. It feels very limited. Like the internet; it could be very slow at times. But, If you call their customer service line they’ll help you reset to get your service working better.I returned to leave a comment after a week of still enduring trouble this issue caused me. I won’t post my issue that it caused me because I was told no one cares. So here you are. My personal experience.

Shout out to LUIS KEEPS US COMING BACK!!! I've been with metro pcs for over 5 years and my biggest thing is Luis' customer service always honest , helpful, and caring about the customers that walk in . Respectful , friendly and kind feels like home while doing business .

They don't qualify to meet Metro PCS standards. They tried charging me an additional $45 to upgrade my phone. Metro PCS does NOT charge an additional fee to upgrade your phone!! Then they suspended my account pay them the $45 for NOT activating the new phone they charged me BEFORE I paid for the device. I didn't get the phone because Metro PCS doesn't charge the extra fee!! Im so livid!! They should be closed down for cheated customers!!

I had an amazing experience!! During my time over there, I dealt w Muhammad and his associate and I had a great time. They explained things to me in detail and helped me out a lot! Answered all of my questions and I was worried satisfied before I left. One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.
