Awful experience with this store. Waited months for a dishwasher (was supposed to be 2 days) and when they finally said they had it after multiple delays and endless headaches they somehow lost it.

I just had one of the best experiences at any home improvement store. I am very new to all Home projects and I really wanted to start with painting my bathroom. Michael in the paint department was very helpful and answered the thousand questions I had and was super kind and even made recommendations. I can’t wait to do more projects and he made me excited about taking more challenges and home improvement. Thank you so much.

Great same day service. Ordered a grill that morning, assembled and ready for pickup same day. Just in time for my Juneteenth cookout! Would have give 5 stars except they managed to put the heat shield on upside down despite it saying “THIS SIDE UP” in big bold letters. How I caught this and the guys putting it together left me scratching my head…a customer service rep fixed it for me

Terrible customer service and extremely unhelpful staff at the customer service desk. I will not be shopping at Lowe’s instead. Stick with Home Depot and Menards.

Lyle went way above and beyond for my fiancé and I. We saw a patio set in stock online and Lyle did everything to help. The patio set we wanted was on a high shelf and he made sure it was taken down and ready for pick up that night as we drove over an hour to come get it and advocated for us to other staff members as they were not as motivated to help. He was not only great help, but so personable and fun to be with while waiting for our items. Thank you Lyle!

My husband and I were shopping for a grill today. Adam helped us and shared a lot of information with us. We ended up going with a suggestion by him. He was also helpful giving us ideas for accessories that will make our barbecue even more of a success. We really appreciate all of his time and effort

Go to ABT for your appliances you might pay more but at least they’ll return something if it stops working 6 days after receiving it. Lowe’s is a joke.
