One of the, if not the best, dealer experience I've ever had. As a first time Porsche owner that came up from St. Louis, I would do it in a heartbeat. Milton Michael was top notch to work with - when I trade up or order a Mercedes, I will be working with him. I have no doubts that if you run into any issues during the process, they will make it right and put your experience above all else.

Wonderful experience. Treated with respect, no demeaning my trade-in. When my original sales rep, Hubert, was busy, GM Andy stepped in, got car moved for test drive and got me another team member, Sean. Experience was one of best I’ve ever had buying a car. Everyone was a great to deal with. When done they said this won’t be the last purchase from us. They are probably right!

I cannot say enough great things about the outstanding service and customer care I received selling and purchasing my cars through Loeber Porsche. This was our first time at Porsche Lincolnwood and Gennaro made our process so smooth. We just moved to Chicago and really only had a few days to get a car in time for work. We were well taken care of and communication was great. Gennaro and the team there were very accommodating and tried their best to work within our timeframe. The car was detailed before our pickup and is more than what we expected, we definitely got a great deal. I would recommend for sure.

Exceptional Service at Porsche Lincolnwood Thanks to Sasha
As a loyal Mercedes-Benz client for the past 20 years, my recent experience at the Loeber Lincolnwood Mercedes-Benz dealer left much to be desired. However, my visit to Loeber Porsche to test drive a Macan introduced me to Sasha, an outstanding employee who truly stands out for her exceptional knowledge and passion for the cars she sells.
Sasha's dedication and professionalism were evident from the moment I met her. Her thorough understanding of the Macan and genuine enthusiasm for the brand made my experience truly memorable. I was impressed by her attentiveness, follow-up emails, and telephone calls, showcasing a level of customer service that is hard to come by.
While I was tempted to purchase a car from Sasha without hesitation, as a long-time Mercedes-Benz driver, I found Porsche to be a bit too sporty for my taste. Despite this, Sasha's exemplary service has left a lasting impression on me.
I believe that Sasha's outstanding performance serves as a benchmark for the rest of the dealership's sales team. It is my hope that the other employees at Porshe & MB Lincolnwood will take lessons from Sasha's approach to customer service and strive to deliver a similar level of excellence.
I must also note that during my time at the Loeber MB dealership, I spent 20 minutes looking at cars without a single staff member approaching me or even saying hello. This stark contrast further highlights Sasha's exceptional skills and the need for improvement in the overall customer experience at Porsche Lincolnwood.
In closing, I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Sasha for her outstanding service. I regret that I could not purchase a car from her, but I sincerely hope that Porsche recognizes and values her contributions to the dealership. Sasha, thank you for your dedication and professionalism—I would gladly buy a car from you if circumstances were different.

I went to my local Porche dealership in Lincolnwood as I was very interested in purchasing their used 2006 Porche Cayman. I gave it a test drive and really liked it. I made an appointment and went back to take another look with my son who is versed in all things mechanical, especially cars.
Immediately he noticed that there had been body work done to the vehicle which they stated had a clean carfax. He pointed out a bad bondo job that had been covered up with paint that did not match the vehicle. He then went under the vehicle and came out with a handful of fresh oil.
The sales lady informed the manger of such.
The sales lady called me later stating that the manger knew about the damage and obvious accident which had apparently been fixed by a previous owner and not reported -therefore the clean carfax.
She stated that even though they knew about the damage and repair it was not their obligation to report this to a buyer because the carfax was clean due to the owner not reporting it.
Even knowing this and with the clear possibility of this car having an oil leak I told her I may still be interested in purchasing this vehicle if they’d be willing to move on the price. She told me that they are not willing whatsoever to move on the price!
I have bough many used cars in my life and I have never-not once had a sales person or manger not willing to go down a bit on the price for a used car-plus this one clearly had issues they purposely kept from me—a serious buyer. I can only assume that they are willing to lie about their vehicles and just wait it out to find someone to pay their full price who would not notice these things. I can come to no other conclusion other than this dealership is not trustworthy. Buyer beware !

This is my first purchase with Porsche of Lincolnwood, but it won't be my last. We had a great experience throughout the buying process. Sean went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our new 2024 Macan. He listened attentively, was patient throughout the process and found us a perfect car. I can't recommend Sean and Porche of Lincolnwood enough!
