I bought a certified pre-owned 2024 Mercedes GLE450 from Loeber motors in August 2024. This car had been used for about 6 months as one of their courtesy cars. I got a reasonable discount over a brand new one. The salesman was very knowledgeable and spent at least 2 hours going over the cars features with me and set it up for me. Before I left. Overall it was a very good buying experience.

I’ve had the greatest experience here buying a car, The salesman Dan provided excellent service along the way, and the Sales Manager Nick did what he could to make it happen getting me the best S class I’ve ever seen! Even the end meeting the preowned sales manager to the finance room the service was superb . Highly recommend buying cars here!

purchased a gle here last year, great sales person and service before i was buying the car. once purchased all support stopped. i asked for help with tech setup and they kept saying their systems were down and could not help setup the car profile.
a year later brought the car in for my first service promised to be at no cost. bill the service advisor said he was too busy to talk to my sales team to confirm the service would have been free, and that his company was too large to walk across the hallway and ask them.
save yourself headache and purchase from the chicago dealer instead
